Supply, installing testing and commissioning of Three Phase 4 Wire, single source Prepaid Energy Meters, BIS 15884 marked in existing meter board / floor panel pre payment capacity touchkeypad based digital having currentrange 10-60A, 415 Volt, accuracy class 1.0 alongwith parallel home display split unit with inbuilt load control switch containing provision for TOD (Time of Day) and RTC (Real Time Clock), for recharging and upgrading the meters manually,ABC code fro generating monthly meter energy data analysis related to Audit/According at no extra cost to the department, single source registration with respect to grid capable to define four tariff slabs, happy hours and holiday definition all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make Secure HPL, L&T, ABB Note : Rate quoted by tenderer is deemed to include cost of connecting to existing system. a) Whole work shall be executed through Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) (Srl Nos 2 & 3). b) Contractor will submit necessary MoU on Rs 100 Stamp paper with OEM/Authorized rep (who will provide all these facilities mentioned in item Nos 2 & 3) before commencement of work .

Provision of infrastructure for vending system including audit/ accounting software alongwith suitable electronic device for meter data analysis, like a computer PC desktop with Processor intel i5 10th generation Dual Core, 8GB RAM Hard Disk 500GB, 1 CD/DVD combo drive, R/W type 4-USB Port including 15” monitor of same make, video card, keyboard, mouse. Make : HP/IBM/Dell or equivalent with Licensed operation system (WINDOW 10) alongwith 1 KVA UPS all as specified.

Material and labour for annual charges for vending transaction cum running charges for complete one year all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for web based vending station software charges including training for data base creation, report generation,token generation and tariff creations all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing telephone connection with internet service for billing/charging for meters complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for common meter reading instrument with basic computer software for retrieving details from the meter.The casing shall be of electrical insulating material of high thermal stability and, mechanical strength its degree of protection shall be Level: (1) IP 65 depending on requirements as per IEC 529 IS: 12063.For details of this level of protection against penetration of dust and water. The CMRI shall be provided will suitable holding strap for proper gripping.The display of CMRI shall have the following characteristics. a) Easy readability in varying ambient light conditions. b) A minimum of 4 line and 16 characters per line on the screen. c) The size of the upper case alpha character shall be minimum 4mm

Manning, operation and maintenance of prepaid energy metering system, vending system including issuing coupons and entire metering systems by employing min 02 no. of trained/skilled personnel (one each in GE (S) Akhnoor and GE (N) Akhnoor ) in shift from 9AM to 5PM (Except on Sunday and holidays ) after completion of work. The duties shall include, but not limited to:- (a) Managing vending station activities like coupon generation ,meter recharge etc. (b) Rectifying any problem that may occur in the hardware as well as software system and coordinating for smooth functioning of the same (c) Deploying all measures for corrective actions as and when required. (d) Acting as a link between Respective GE/Resident and the parent company providing the metering system. (e) Providing training to MES personnel as and when required & directed. (f)Generation and Maintenance of E-cash payment details and updating the same to MES designated officer. (g) Providing any other associated technical support. NOTE :- (a) This item shall be operative & commence after declaring all meters commissioned. (b) Only Cashless payment i.e. through debit/credit cards will be acceptable.
