Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (one cement,four sand and eight aggregate) mix using 40mm gauge hand broken hard granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm well rammed etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting upto 3.00m height for plane surface such as RCC Slab, Rectangular Beams, Tee (or) ELL Beams, Lintel Bed Block, Slabs, Landing Slabs, Beams Canopy, Side Slab (or) Square (or) Round columns etc., as detailed below with all cross branching using M.S. Sheets of size 80cm x 60cm and B.G. 10 stiffended with welded M.S. Angles of size 25 x 25 x 3mm for boarding laid over silver oak or country wood joints of 10cm to 30cm to dia spaced at 75cm c/c etc., complete complying with standard specifications as directed by departmental officers etc., complete. Upto 3.30m below G.L & above G.L-Curved surface.

Supplying fabricating and placing in position of RTS steel rods for reinforcement including the cost of steel and binding wire etc., complete and as directed by departmental Officers.

Reinforced Cement Concrete 1: 1 1/2: 3 ( one cement, one and half sand and three aggregate) mix using machine crushed / hand broken 20mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for all reinforced cement concrete works connected to this work excluding centering, shuttering and cost of reinforcement grills placed in position, but including laying, vibrating, curing and finishing, fixing fan clamps in the RCC floor and roof slab works wherver necessary and bearing surfaces of the wall at the sides and bottom of the slab, beams shall be finished smooth with cement mortar 1:3 and kraft paper laid without claiming extra cost etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. a)Up to 1.50 m depth below GL

Supplying and fixing in position of 0.60 x 0.60 m size water tight C.I Manhole frame with cover of approved pattern at the roof slab including the cost of men & materials complying with standard specification and as directed by the Engineers.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 ( One cement and Three sand) mix to 10 mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification

Painting the new walls two coats over one coat of priming with best Emulsion paint of approved colour and quality including preparation of surface and finishing neatly etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the department officers etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Supplying and fixing MS grill as directed by the departmental officers inclusive of cost of MS grill and labour charges including one coat of red oxide and fixing in position etc. complete (as per schedule of rates) as per standard specification

Supply and delivery of Open well Submersible pump set(10 HP Duty 800 x 40) conforming to IS 14220/2002 and as amended and BEE 3 Star Rated capable of discharging the following duties due to all causes. The pump shall be with stainless steel shaft and dynamically balanced bronze mixed type impeller, CI FG 200 grade casing and brass screws and rotor shall be of copper rod as per IS 613/1984 with ISI mark. The pump subitable for installation in sump with 1.1 KV grade 3 core suitable copper flat submersible cable to a length of 15m with necessary cable joints. The non-return valve lacated at the top of the pump in the discharge outlet connection is to be designed with minimum friction. The pump should be directly coupled to 2880 rpm, 3 phase, 50 Hz (±5), 415V +6% & 415V-15% squirrel cage induction motor suitable for DOL upto 5 HP, Fully Automatic Air break Star Delta up to 20 HP and Auto Transformer starter for above 20 HP starting and for continuous operation.
