Supply and installation testing and commissioning LT Panel out door type, manufactured by CPRI approved manfacturers, water and vermin proof protection of minimum size 1500mm x 1200mm x 500 mm (over all dimension) made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet dully supported with mild steel angle iron of size 50 x 50 x 6 mm vertical frame and legs with mild steel flat iron 25 x 5 mm in horizontal sides of the frame with front and back side openable ,single hinged door / shutter with locking arrengement and powder coated finish both internal and external steel surfaces and confirmig to IP-54 and the dimension of the outer shell should be adequate to accommodate inner shell giving minimum 75mm space all around and necessary preparation of steel surfaces including providing PCC (1:3:6) type C2 foundation extending 600mm above the GL suitable size and connections of all outgoing / incomming cable inclusive of necessary excavation and earthwork as required including the following fitment supplied fitted and connected internally complete with bus bar with other accessories all as specified and as directed..(Note: The Contractor shall submit the drawings with sample of accessories for approal before executing the work). (a) Copper strip busbar of 1000 amps rated capaacity wrapped with PVC sleeves with maintained the colour code and provision of making holes with Copper nuts, bolts & washers for cable connections including hydrograpic insulators with nuts & bolts at both ends = 04 Nos with compatible CTs, Digital ammeter and volt meter with selector switches , set of LED type, indicating lamps R,Y,B on incoming side. Fabricate supply install test and commissioning of Bus bar box out door type totally enclosed dust and vermin proof protection minimum size 900x600x500(Overall domension) mounting with hinged doors and locking arrangement front and back fabricated out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet CPRI approved test type make including powder coated paint finish including all accessories, provision independent removevable MS plates for fixing cable glands for all incomming and out going cables and complete control wiring with 2.5 sqmm copper conductor incuding necessary PCC foundation complete all specified. Note :- (1) Rates deemed to be included for suitable lugs and glands for incoming and out going of LT UG cable.(2) The Contractor Shall submit the drawing with sample of accessories for approval before executing the work. Supply,laying,jointing,testing and commissioning XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty, LT UG cable with aluminium conductor,1100 volts grade cross sectional area 185 sqmm 3.5 core connected with aluminium lugs connected by cramping tools complete all as specified and directed at site by Engr-in-charge. Note:- Excavation and earth work will be measured and paid separately.
