Supplying and filling in foundation and basement with filling sand layers not more than 15 cm thick well rammed watered and not compacted complete complying with standard specification.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 using 40 mm HBG metal for basement and flooring layers not more than 15 cm thick including cost and conveyance of materials to site and all other labour charges including consolidation as per standard specification

Brick work in CM 1 : 5 using country bricks ground moulded of size 23 x 11 x 7 cm including cost and conveyance of materials to site and all other labour charges as per standard specification.

Supply and errection of Centering and Shuttering including necessary supports for plane surface using mild steel sheets of size 90 x 60 cm and 10 gauge stiffened, welded with steel angles and supported by casuarina props of 10 cm to 13 cm dia spaced at 75cm of all etc complete.,

Supplying fabricating and placing in position mild steel or ribbed steel for all reinforced concrete works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire and all other labour charges as per standard specification.

Reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5 :3 mix using 20 mm HBG metal for all RCC items of works excluding cost of reinforcement and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering but including curing etc., as directed by the department officers as per standard

Fabrication and supply of MS Door of any required size with Double leaves outer frame made of 35 x 35 x 5 mm equal MS ‘L’ angle for horizontal and vertical members and the shutter frame strengthened by stiffeners of 2 nos. horizontal and 3 nos. diagonal ( SOR 2019-20 P.No :- 49 ( 121 A))

Fabrication and supply of MS Windows and Ventilators of any required size with three leaves outer frame made of 35 x 35 x 5 mm equal MS ‘L’ angle mullion section made of 35 x 35 x 5 mm equal ‘T’ section shtter frame made of 25 x 25 x 5 mm equal MS ‘L’ angle for horizontal Window ( 1.50*1.20)

Fixing in position Mild Steel Door including Joineries and all other labour charges etc. complete as per standard specifications.

Fixing in position Mild Steel Ventilator including Joineries and all other labour charges etc. complete as per standard specifications.

Paving the Floor with scratch proof ceromic tiles of size 305x305x6mm including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete

Plastering in CM 1:3,mix using 10 mm thick , including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all other labour charges including curing etc., as per standard specification.

Plastering in CM 1:5,mix using 12 mm thick , including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all other labour charges including curing etc., as per standard specification.

Weathering course concrete using best quality broken brick jelly of size 20mm uniform guage in pure slaked lime (no sand to be used)over the RCC roof slab in the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32:12:5 by volume and laid over in a single layer and consolidated to the required designed and finished thickness beating the concrete with wooden beaters of approved pattern ,keeping the surface constantly wetted by sprinkling lime jaggery water as per standard specifications etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 20 cm x 20 cm x 2 cm of approved quality laid in cement mortar 1 : 3 ( one cement and three sand ) 12 mm. thick mixed with water proofing compound confirming to ISS by 2% weight

Painting in two coats over inner wall surface with approved quality of Oil bound distember with colour over one coat of pirming coat including cost and conveyance of all materials to site etc

Painting in two coats over outer wall surface with approved quality of Plastic Emulsion paint with colour over one coat of priming coat including cost of materials and labour charges etc.

Painting in two coats over steel Doors & Windows with approved quality of enamel paint paint with colour over one coat of priming coat including cost of materials and labour charges etc.

Supply and run of 2 of 6 sq. mm ( 84/0.30) polythene insulated and PVC unsheeted S.C. Alu cable of 1100 V on 7/20 Gi bearer wire for Service Connection Main (S.D.No.64)

Supplying and fixing of 28W CFL Bulb including all cost and conveyance to work site etc complete
