Eligibility Criteria

Tenderers should not be associated, or have been associated in the past, directly or indirectly, with a firm or any of its affiliates which have been engaged by the Purchaser to provide consulting services for the preparation of the design, specifications, and other documents to be used for the procurement of the goods to be purchased under this Invitation of Tenders.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The bidder is required to ensure browser compatibility of the computer well in advance to the last date and time for receipt of tenders. The departments shall not be responsible for non-accessibility of e-Procurement portal due to internet connectivity issues and technical glitches at bidders end.

2%of security deposit shall be paid by the successful tenderer/ bidder on the total contract value.

5%of Bank Guarantee shall be furnished by the successful tenderer/ bidder before issuing the purchase order on the total contract value.

Sample should be submitted for selection purpose. Sample submitted to Assistant Manager (Stores) on or before 01.10.2026, 4:30PM during working hours otherwise bid is liable for rejection.

The samples received from the tenderers will be forwarded to Store dept. Based on the report of store, those tenderers whose test report has been cleared by store only their technical bids will be opened for further tender process

Tenderer has to issue certificate for having accepted all the terms & conditions of the tender unconditionally on the tenderers letterhead, which is MANDATORY otherwise offer shall be liable for rejection

Whether the tenderer is a Manufacturer / Trader / Authorized Agent / Overseas Supplier

Others -- Relevant document

Applicable GST / GST Registration number and copy of RC has to be uploaded

Others -- Relevant document

If the tenderer is a MSE, upload the valid NSIC certificate

Bidder shall upload original turnover certificate duly certified by Chartered Accountant & ITR for the years mentioned above as proof in this regard
