Bill - 1 : Construction of Storm Water Drainage Canal

Desilting of Storm Water Drain

Earth work excavation for foundation in all kinds of soils invarying depths including dismantling any masonry or roots met within foundation and shoring with planks and baling water if necessary including clearing and levelling the site etc.,and excluding refilling, complete with an initial lead of 10m and lift of 2m

Providing laying, Spreading and compacting Graded Stone aggregate to Wet Mix macadam specification including premixing the material (0.396 Cu.m of 45 22.4mm Metal, 0.528 Cu.m of 22.4 2.36mm Metal, 0.396 Cu.m of 2.36 mm Size and below) with water at OMC in Mechanical Mix Plant Carriage and transporting the mixed material by tipper to site, laying in niform layers with pavers in sub base or base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, Complete as per clause 406 of MoRT and H Specifications. (COMPACTION BY VIBRO MAX ROLLER IS A MUST)

Supplying and placing of Ready Mix M15 graded of concrete confirming to IS-456/2000 for reinforcement Cement Concrete structural elements under controlled water cement ratio using 20mm and downgraded machin broken granite stone jelly including transportation pumping and vibration charges excluding cost of centering and shuttering and reinforcement including curing, finishing etc., as directed by Project Manager or his representative etc complete.

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including supports and shuttering upto 3m high for plane surface such asside slabs of RCC boxing and similar vertical RCC slab,etc.,withall cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90x60cm and 10gauge stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25x25x3mm for boarding laid over Oak (country wood) joists of size 10x6.5cm spaced at about 90cm centre to centre and supported by casuarina props of 10 to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm centre to centre etc.,complete as directed by Project Manager or his representative etc complete

Supplying and fabricating RTS / TMT STEEL rods including cutting, bending hooks, cranking, fabricating, assembling and laying in exact position,typing with soft steel wire 16 gauge ,etc., complete conforming to BIS std.

Refilling with excavated earth in regular layers of 15cm thickeach including carefully ramming watering consolidating etc. complete for foundation and basement.

Carting away the surplus earth/debris to a lead of 12km.including Loading, unloading and dumping in the Corporation Land as directed during execution

Supplying of 160mm dia PVC pipe with ISI Monogram (working pressure 6kg/cm2)

Hire charges for Dewatering - Diesel Pumpset above 3HP to 7.5 HP with fuel and crew charges including transportation

Supplying and Fixing Pre moulded bituminous expansion pad 25mm thick including cutting to proper shape, cost and conveyance, fixing in position in where suitable opening have to be cutout on the pad so as to seat in position and all other charges etc., complete wherever necessary

Providing weep holes for retaining walls using with 50mm dia PVC pipe (PVC Finolex or Equivalent with ISI Monogram with working pressure of 4Kg/Cm2) including cost of materials and all labour charges for fixing in concrete as per the instructions of the Project Manager or his representative etc complete

Shoring and Strutting arrangements 2.50m to 4.25m height

Providing as Built Drawing in Auto Cad format and GIS format

Topographic survey of 10% of length for verification and confirmation of levels and alignment using total station survey

Ambient Air Quality -Monitoring - For parameters - PM-2.5 & PM-10,So2,NO2,CO

Ambient Noise Quality Monitoring - To identify sources of noise ,Noise due to traffic/transportation of vehicles ,Noise due to heavy equipment operations,Duration and variations in noise over time etc the equivalent noise levels shall be monitored.

Surface Water Quality - pH,Turbidity,Total Hardness

Ground Water Quality - pH,Turbidity,Total Hardness

Soil Quality - pH,Elect Conductivity (at 250C),Moisture (at 1050 C)

Sprinkling of Water for Dust Suppression during excavation
