Amount

Excavation in trenches n.exc. 1.5m wide and n.exc1.5m depth for foudation,trenches for laying of pipe line etc. and getting out in soft/loose soil all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, incl. spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm in any type of soil all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying 3 layer PP-R pipes of 63mm dia (external) SDR 7.4 UV stabilized and antimicrobial welded having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all PP-R plain & brass threaded polypropylene random fittings of all size as per ground requirement laid in trenches/open/wall complete including taking out old unserviceable pipes all as specified and directed. Note: the quoted rate shall be deemed to be included the following (i) Union shall be provided at elbow joints, all kind of Tees & also before Gate valves. (ii) Pipes fixed on wall shall be clamped by using GI clamps with suitable saddles. (iii) PP-R fittings shall be of any size and type including elbow, reducer elbow, male/female brass threaded elbow, Tee, Reducer Tee, Brass threaded reducer Tee, ma/female ended bends, sockets, end plugs etc, flanges etc. Brass threaded male and female fittings shall be used in all connection where GI pipeline is existing.

M&L for GI water tubing 65mm dia heavy class, including all necessary pipe fittings such as flanges, bends, elbows, tees, short pieces, connectors, reducers etc laid in open or fixed on wall all as specified and directed.

Supply,installation ,testing and commissioning of submersible pump set of capacity 5 HP, 3 Phase, 415V, vertical staging ,having nominal head range 60 mtr to 10 mtr, Discharge range 110 LPM to 460 LPM in UG sump complete all as specified and as directed. Supply laying and testing PVC insulated, PVC sheathed cable galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric control cables (heavy duty) with stranded copper conductor of size 4 sqmm, 3 core, 1100 Volt grade all as specified and directed.

Supply ,laying and testing XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor,cross sectional area 25 sqmm, 4 core, 1100 volts grade, all as specified and directed.

S&F butterfly valve size 80 mm dia heavy class all as specified and directed.
