The storage compartment shall be fabricated using 19 mm thick BWP plywood for side panels, partitions, bottom and structural members, and 12 mm thick BWP plywood for the mattress platform/top deck, adequately stiffened with hardwood members to withstand the design load. The bed shall be provided with a high-back upholstered headboard extending approximately 900 mm (3'-0") above mattress level, upholstered with premium quality leatherette or fabric over high-density foam with decorative stitching/panelling. The drawer shall be mounted on heavy-duty telescopic channels and provided with premium quality SS handle, while the cabinet shall be fitted with all necessary fittings and hardware. All exposed surfaces shall be finished with approved shade 1.0 mm decorative laminate and exposed edges with matching PVC edge banding, whereas concealed/internal surfaces shall be finished with balancing laminate or melamine polish. The top shall be of 19 mm thick BWP plywood with laminate finish, adequately stiffened to prevent sagging. The bedside table shall be supported on four (04) solid hardwood/powder-coated metal legs of height 100–125 mm above finished floor level with protective PVC/nylon caps. The item shall include SS screws, fasteners, adhesive, termite and borer resistant treatment, PU/Melamine finish to exposed wooden members, transportation, loading, unloading, installation at site and all accessories required for satisfactory completion of the work, complete in all respects as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, supplying and placing one (01) three-seater sofa along with two (02) matching single-seater lounge chairs of contemporary design, manufactured using first-class seasoned hardwood/engineered wood frame with high-strength joinery, upholstered with premium quality leatherette or fabric over high-density polyurethane foam of suitable densities for seat, backrest and armrests to provide superior comfort and durability. The seating shall be supported on heavy-duty elastic webbing/spring system with additional cushioning, and the exposed wooden surfaces, if any, shall be finished with approved shade decorative veneer/1.0 mm decorative laminate and PU/Melamine finish. The sofa and chairs shall be provided with solid hardwood/powder-coated metal legs of minimum 100–125 mm height above finished floor level with protective nylon/PVC bushes. The upholstery shall be stain-resistant, colour-fast and abrasion-resistant, with neatly stitched seams and removable seat cushions wherever applicable. The item shall include all necessary fittings, fixtures, connectors, protective pads, hardware, termite and borer resistant treatment to wooden members, loading, unloading, transportation, placement at site and all incidental charges, complete in all respects as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, supplying and placing contemporary rectangular Centre Table (Coffee Table) of approximate size 1200 mm × 600 mm × 450 mm (L × W × H), comprising a 25 mm thick BWP plywood frame and 19 mm thick BWP plywood bottom shelf, finished with approved decorative laminate/wood veneer, with 12 mm thick toughened clear glass top with polished edges. The table shall have solid wooden panel construction, concealed fasteners, termite and borer resistant treatment, PU/Melamine finish to exposed wooden surfaces, adjustable nylon levelling bushes and all necessary fittings, fixtures and hardware. The item shall include loading, unloading, transportation, placement and installation at site, complete in all respects as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, supplying and placing one (01) ten-seater Dining Set comprising one (01) dining table of approximate size 3200 mm × 1500 mm × 760 mm (L × W × H) along with ten (10) matching upholstered dining chairs, manufactured using first-class seasoned hardwood and BWP (Boiling Water Proof) plywood of approved quality and design. The dining table shall have a 25 mm thick BWP plywood top reinforced with seasoned hardwood framing and longitudinal stiffeners, finished with approved natural wood veneer or 1.0 mm decorative laminate with matching hardwood lipping/PVC edge banding. The table shall be supported on a heavy-duty central pedestal/base comprising seasoned hardwood framing and 19 mm thick BWP plywood construction, suitably braced for rigidity and stability. The chairs, each of approximate size 500 mm × 550 mm × 900 mm (W × D × H) with 450 mm seat height, shall have a seasoned hardwood/engineered wood frame with ergonomically designed backrest and seat, upholstered with premium quality leatherette/fabric over high-density polyurethane foam. Chairs shall have reinforced legs and stretchers, protective nylon/PVC bushes and PU/Melamine finish to exposed wooden members. All wooden members shall be termite and borer resistant treated and exposed surfaces finished with PU/Melamine polish. The complete set shall include all necessary hardware, fasteners, fittings, adhesives, metallic component treatment, transportation, placement and installation at site, complete in all respects as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge.

The dining table shall have a 25 mm thick BWP plywood top reinforced with seasoned hardwood framing, finished with approved 1.0 mm decorative laminate with matching hardwood lipping/PVC edge banding. The table shall be supported on solid hardwood legs with suitable aprons and bracing for rigidity and stability. The mattress shall be covered with breathable knitted/bamboo-quilted fabric with comfort quilting, reinforced edges and anti-microbial, anti-fungal and dust-mite resistant treatment. The mattress shall be suitable for institutional use in Guest Houses, Circuit Houses and VIP Accommodation and shall include transportation, delivery, placement and all necessary incidental charges, complete in all respects as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge. The mattress shall carry a minimum manufacturer's warranty of 10 years and shall be of approved make such as Wakefit, Sleepyhead, Duroflex or equivalent.

Providing, supplying, testing and commissioning of 5.0 kVA, 48 Volt Pure Sine Wave Inverter/UPS system complete with four (04) numbers 12 Volt, 200 Ah C20 rated tall tubular lead-acid batteries connected in series to form a 48 Volt battery bank, suitable for continuous operation of lighting, fans, computers, television, refrigerators and other domestic appliances. The inverter shall be DSP/microprocessor controlled with pure sine wave output, automatic changeover, intelligent battery charging, overload, short circuit, deep discharge, reverse polarity, over-temperature and low/high voltage protection, LCD/LED display indicating input/output voltage, battery charging status and fault indications. The battery bank shall comprise maintenance-friendly tall tubular batteries mounted on a heavy-duty powder-coated MS battery rack suitable for four batteries, complete with interconnecting heavy-duty copper cables, battery terminals, terminal covers, MCCB/fuse protection, earthing connection, input/output wiring up to the nearest distribution board, testing, commissioning and all accessories required for satisfactory operation, including loading, unloading, transportation and installation at site, complete in all respects as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge.
