Repair and renovation of the Lifting Hanger Assembly of Under-Sluice Gates at Wazirabad Barrage, including dismantling, cutting, welding, grinding, alignment correction by heating and straightening using hydraulic press/puller machines in the workshop, replacement of lever shafts, replacement of guide shoes (2 Nos. on both sides), epoxy protective coating of minimum 300 microns, complete reassembly, testing and commissioning.

Repair and renovation of tilted/misaligned Lifting Hanger Assembly of Weir Side Gates including cutting, welding, grinding, alignment by heating using hydraulic press/puller machines, replacement of left and right lever shafts, replacement of three (03) stainless steel pins, epoxy painting with approved primer, repair of girder, load testing with three tiers/pairs of stop-log gates using specialized underwater divers with complete diving equipment and gantry crane operation, complete in all respects.

Fixing and removal of Gantry Crane hook by hammering and gas-cutting process, including providing robust scaffolding/platform over deep water conditions as required for safe execution of work.

Replacement of hook bearings for Gantry Crane hanger counterweight as per approved sample and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and establishing a temporary workshop with all required machinery, tools, tackles and approved materials at Sangam Raw Water Site for repair of Under- Sluice and Weir Side stop-log hangers.

Testing and commissioning including thorough cleaning and servicing of Gantry Crane wire ropes using approved solvent, wire brushes, rope ladders, hanging platforms (Jhulas) and all safety arrangements for working at depths of 20- 30 feet below ground level under adverse conditions.

Application of Cardium Compound on Gantry Crane steel wire ropes, tightening of existing U-clamps and replacement of damaged or worn-out U-clamps wherever required.

Cleaning, cutting and dressing of stop-log guide grooves of Under-Sluice Gates on both sides of each pier by specialized underwater diving team, including underwater and above-water operations up to sill level (approx. 13.50 m length per pier), complete.
