Dismantling and removing of CB Brick / Stone masonary in CM/ LM upt 3.0 m hight including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the derbies within 50m lead including cost, conveyance, of all materials with all labour and T&P,Cess required for the work etc. complete in all floors as per standard specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Fly ash brick masonry in foundation withcement mortar (1:6) in Superstructure using fly ash bricks of “23cmx11cmx8cm" size having a crushing strength of not less than 75 Kg. Per Sq. Cm. including immersing in water till saturation before use, Including splays cutting, circular molding, chamfering and corbelling and all similar type of operations with all necessary projections watering and curing etc. complete including cost and conveyance royalty and EMF,DMF and aditinal charges of all materials and labour with T&P,Cess required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per drawing and Technical specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing 16 mm thick Cement Plaster with C.M. (1:6) on inside surface of wall with screened and washed sharp sand for mortar and finished over brick masonary to the smooth surface walls after raking out the joint including watering and curing ,roughing of corners, providing grooves where ever necessary with cost and conveyance royalty and EMF,DMF and aditinal charges of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per drawing and Technical Specification and as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge

Providing 12 mm thick Cement Plaster with C.M. (1:6) on inside surface of wall with screened and washed sharp sand for mortar and finished over brick masonary to the smooth surface walls after raking out the joint including watering and curing ,roughing of corners, providing grooves where ever necessary with cost and conveyance royalty and EMF,DMF and aditinal charges of all materials and labour with T&P,Cess required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per drawing and Technical Specification and as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge

Finishing wall surfaces with Weather seal coat of two coats of approved shade on new works two coats to give an even shade over prepared surfaces including watering and curing with cost and conveyance royalty of all materials and labour with T&P,Cess required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per drawing and Technical Specification and as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge.
