50mm thick cement concrete flooring in 1:2:4 ( 1 cement ; 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone crushed agg. 20mm nominal size) finished with a floating coat of neat cement slurry incl. all cost and complete

Providing and fixing polyurethane insulated PUF panels in walls, partitions and in ceilings of following thickness, sand which panels shall be made out of 0.5/0.5 mm thick PPGI precoated sheet on both sides of PU foam, PUF panels shall be jointed with toungue and goove properly sealed with the help of expanding PU foam must be CFC free, self extinguishing fire retardant type having density a of 40 Kgs per cum + 2 kg thermal coductivity @ 100 C, 0.02 W/Mo K all gaps ends and corners shall be covered by 0.5mm thick precoated flashings so that PUF or joint etc are not visible from inside and out side. the PUF panel shall be fixed with frame/structure with the help of SS screws, nuts, bolts or any other approved fixing arrangement complete in all respect, as per drawings, design and directions of Engineer Incharge.incld. all consequential and incidental costs like all leads, lifts, carriages and scaffolding complete job. 100 mm thick

Providing and fixing aluminium work (Powder Coated) for doors, windows ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections / appropriate Z. sections and other sections of approved make (Jindal or equivalent) conforming of IS:733 and IS:1285, fixed with dash fastener of required dia. and size incl. necessary filling up of gaps at junctions i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket felt etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required incl. cleat angle. Aluminium snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and directions of Engineer-In-Charge incl. 3.5mm-5mm thick glazing and 2mm thick ACP of standard quality whatever required.

Providing and fixing of aluminium composite pannel (ACP) with EPDM rubber/ Neuperene Gasket and CP brass stainless steel screws etc complete with all aluminium tubular frame work of required section as per Architectural Drawings and directions of Engineer incharge of approved make and shade (Jindal or equivalent) conforming of IS:733 and IS: 1285 (Powder Coated)

Providing and fixing 15mm thick (T&G) plank ceiling including supporting structure of Budloo Wood and runners including cost of M.S Screws/nails and all carriages.(Imported wood including scaffolding upto desired height and polishing with ready made wood polish complete.

Applying ready mixed pink or grey primer of approved brand and manufacture on wood worksteel work incl. all carriages complete.

Painting with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint on new work of specified brand and manufacture to given an even shade (two or more coats) complete job.

Providing and fixing in position collapsible steel shutters with vertical channels 20x1 Ox2mm and braced with flat iron diagonals 20x5 mm size with top and bottom rail of T -iron 40x40x6mm with 40mm dia, steel pulleys complete with bolts, nuts, locking arrangement, stoppers, handles, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer.

Providing and Laying Ceramic Glazed floor Tiles 300x300mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st Quality conforming to IS: 15622 of approved make in colours such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20mm thick Cement Mortar 1:4 (1Cement : 4 Fine Sand) including pointing the joints with white cement.

Sanitary Fittings and Disposal System Earth work in excavation in by manual means for soakage pit incl. disposal of excavated earth upto 50 Mtrs lead or as directed by Incharge Engineer at site, disposed earth is to be levelled and neatly dressed.incl dewatering of trench pit during course of execavation all lifts complete.

Dry random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth using quarry stone with bond stones incl. carriage of stones.
