Providing and driving in position permanet M.S liner including cost and conveyance to the site and fabrication charges and tools and plants and driving M.S 6mm thick liner to be left peramnently with the pile shaft as per the requirement and as per the specifications and placing from the bottom with all leads and lifts using 6mm M.S sheet etc., complete

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Mild Steel / Ribbed Tor Steel grills for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and G.I. binding wire in all floors etc. complete complying with standard specification. (Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel and binding wire)

Reinforced cement concrete cast-in-situ bored piles of 600 mm diameter M-35 grade Design Mix using 20mm & 12mm ISS size graded HBG metal with minimum cement content of 400kg per cu.m maximum water cement ratio of 0.4 and slump of 150 - 200mm by tremie concreting including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and cement at site excluding cost and fabrication of steel including placing of reinforcement in position, concreting, including all labour charges for driving or boring, mobilisation of piling equipment and other accesssories required for driving the pile, cost of Bentonite solution and the temporary liners,chiselling and including forming of working platform over the river bed for accommodating piling eqipments including working platform, cost of test piles both initial and routine test for vertical loads and horizontal loads, forming approaches to the working platform, mixing concrete, filling it in position, compacting, cutting of pile head to cut off level for the casting the pile caps, including diversion of water course if necessary and all other incidental charges tec., complete as per standard specifications etc.,complete for PILES BELOW ABUTMENTS & PIERS.

Earth work excavation for foundation in all soils and sub soils to full depth etc., ordinary soil complete

Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (One Cement, Four M.Sand and eight hard broken stone jelly) using 40 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick, well rammed, consolidated and curing etc. complete complying with standard specification

Providing and laying in position, Standardised Concrete mix M-25 Grade in accordance with IS 456-2000, using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement concrete 350kg/m3 and maximum water cement ratio of 0.5, including admixture (plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommened proportion as per IS :9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5.0cu.m) 7730kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3cu.m) 5156 kg of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and wiht about (4.79cu.m) 7670 kg of M.Sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc and providing fixtures like fanc clams in the RCC floor/ roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra, etc, complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS standards.(No separate payment will be made by the Department for hte excess usage of materials).

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including necessary supports and strutting upto 3.29 M height for plane surfaces as detailed below in all floors with all cross bracings using Mild Steel sheets of size 90 x 60 cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded Mild Steel angle of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.50 cm spaced at abote 90 cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13 cm dia spaced at not more than 75 cm centre to centre etc. complete complying with the standard specificaiton. (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid)

A. MS STRUCTURAL WORK - DESCRIPTION 1. Supply, fabrication and erection of mild steel structural framework using MS pipes, plates and required sections, as per approved drawings and site requirements. 2.Scope includes cutting, drilling, welding, grinding, alignment and fixing in position at site. 3.Providing and fixing of base plates, cleats, brackets and stiffeners wherever required to ensure structural stability. 4.All joints to be properly welded and finished to achieve clean appearance and required strength. 5.Application of one coat of anti-corrosive primer over fabricated MS members before installation. 6.Rate includes material, labour, tools, tackles, lifting and erection at site on a turnkey basis.

B. ACP CLADDING WORK – DESCRIPTION 1. Supply, fabrication and fixing of stick-type structural Aluminium Composite Panel (ACP) cladding for the building front elevation using an aluminium outer frame system, as per approved drawings. 2.Providing and fixing of premium quality 4mm Aluminium Composite Panels with smooth surface finish and uniform colour consistency. 3.ACP sheets fixed on aluminium section framework [50 mm × 25 mm, 1.5 kg (12ft per length)] ensuring structural strength and longterm durability. 4.Providing and fixing of aluminium L-angle supports for proper alignment, rigidity and clean edge finishing. 5.Brand-side ACP processing, including routing, cutting and bending, for precise joints and neat appearance. 6.Application of weather-grade silicone K-Grip sealant for waterproofing and clean joint finish. 7.Use of MS cleats and brackets wherever required for additional support and stability. 8.All required PTA screws, anchor fasteners and fixing accessories included. 9.ACP colour shade: – Copper & Black as approved by the client. 10.System designed to be weather-resistant, low maintenance and suitable for exterior elevation application. 11.ACP sheets covered under 10 years manufacturer warranty, as per company standard terms and conditions. 12.Complete installation, alignment, finishing and labour included on a turnkey basis

C. LED TRIMCAP / BACKLIT LETTERS – DESCRIPTION 1. Design, fabrication and installation of LED Trimcap / backlit letters as per approved artwork and font style. 2. Letters made using Trimcap / Wpc base with acrylic face, ensuring clean edges and uniform illumination. 3 Providing and fixing of high-quality LED modules with suitable drivers for consistent brightness. 4.Internal wiring within letters included; external EB power supply excluded. 5 Letters securely fixed with proper supports to withstand outdoor conditions. 6.Complete installation, testing and finishing included.

D. PROFILE LED LIGHTING – DESCRIPTION 1. Supply and installation of architectural profile LED lighting along curved and straight edges of the structure as per approved design. 2. Providing silicone / aluminium LED profiles, LED strips, drivers and fixing accessories. 3. LED lighting installed to provide uniform illumination and enhance elevation aesthetics. 4. Wiring from fixture to driver included; EB power point excluded. 5. Complete fixing, testing and finishing included.

CEILING / ARCH LIGHTS – DESCRIPTION 1. Supply and fixing of architectural ceiling / arch lights suitable for exterior applications. 2. Providing LED fixtures, housings, mounting accessories and fixing hardware. 3. Lights positioned and aligned as per approved lighting layout. 4. Complete installation and testing included.

G. SCAFFOLDING – DESCRIPTION 1. Providing, erecting and dismantling of scaffolding system required for execution of MS, ACP and lighting works at full working height. 2. Scaffolding to be safe, stable and suitable for exterior elevation work. 3. Includes labour, safety arrangements and removal after completion of work.
