M&L for Preparation of old plastered surfaces of walls,Pillars, cornices etc by brooming down with steel wire brush, scraping down smoke shoot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and Washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surfacesapplying one coat of white wash on the walls, pillars, cornices and putting aside the furniture etc. by skilled labour etc complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Srl Item No 1 here-in-before but on ceiling, Including touchup putty filling as required.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of old painted wall surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over applying one coats of priming with alkali resistant priming paint over and including two coat white cement based wall care putty smooth finish etc. of approved make & shade on walls and other places complete all as specified and as directed.
