Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ in Ordinary Rocks foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete.

Material & labour brick work with sub class ‘B’ modular bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping above Boundry Wall and including necessary form work finishing exposed surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for plastering 10 mm thick on brick walls masonary as fair face of cement mortar 1:4 surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge

Returning refilling spreading levelling in layers with available soil in layers n exc 25 cm thk watered and well rammed .

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m complete all as directed above the starting point .

Supply & fixing mild steel angle iron posts and struts in fencing, steel gate frame including handmade hinges etc. including cutting top to shape as directed drilling holes welding and notching for wire etc and flat iron fillets for securing wire mesh including bedding or riveting etc conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (ordinary tint) over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L RCC M-20 grade for Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as directed.
