Canning of chairs be true Godrej pattern with plastic cane 2mm to 2 point 5mm wide comma white colour comma quality as approved by GE. All wooden surfaces shall be polished with two coats of melamine polish with spray machine in light Walnut shade after preparation of surfaces or as approved by GE. Rest all as specified oblique shown in drawing and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Two Legs shall be provided to almirah as shown on drawing and shall be of 1 point 25 mm thick MS sheet. Cromium plated stainless steel godrej type handle100mm long shall be fixed on shutters comma Almirah shall be fitted with ISI marked 75mm 6 lever lock with three way locking system. Front shutters shall have two leaves of equal size. The almirah shall be finished dry powder coated in double shade different colour after properly smoothening the surface or as approved by GE both internaly and externaly. Rest all as specified oblique shown in drawing and directed by Enginer in Charge.

The overall size of the chair shall be 455mm wide 455mm deep and 940mm high. The frame of the chair shall be of 19mm dia MS tube of wall thickness 1 point 6mm duly powder coated. The seat and back of the chair shall be of PVC 4mm of weight not less than 1 point 85 kgs and grooves 90x10mm ten in nos on seat and back. One stiffener 19mm dia MS tube shall be provided in between the front legs as shown in drg. An additional support in seat and back shall be provided at centre between the seat and back duly welded for rest of PVC seat irrespective of what is shown on drg. Rubber shoes of best quality shall be provided to each end of legs. Rest all as specified oblique shown in drawing and directed by Enginer in Charge.

Overall size shall be 1200mm hig comma 600mm wide and 100mm high. All wood shall be seasoned first class teak wood free from knots and defects. Back shall be made by 12mm thick BWR grade plywood. 1mm thick laminated sheet shall be pasted on all exterior surface with marine grade adhesive including 6mm thick teak wood beading shall be provided alround the edge of shutters and drawers. Looking mirror shall be 5mm thick fixed inside the teak wood frame made out of 38mmx25mm section. 03 x glass shelves of 5mm thickness shall be fixed inside the box with glass holders as shown in drg. All wooden surfaces shall be polished with two coats of melamine polish with spray machine in light Walnut shade after preparation of surfaces or as approved by GE. Rest all as specified oblique shown in drawing and directed by Engineer in Charge.

All Steel member shall be 18 Gauge MS pipe. The frame of head board and foot board shall be of 38mm MS square pipe.18mm MS square pipe shall be provided in the inner of head oblique foot board frame as shown in drg. 18mm thick both side prelaminated MDF board of walnut shade with 4mm thick teakwood beading shall be screwed to MS strip arc welded with 18mm thick square pipe with standard workmanship both in head oblique foot board. One stiffener of size 25mmx25mm shall be welded between the two legs of head board over 150mm from the ground level. The top of bed hard shall be of 12mm thick BWR grade plywood of approved make fixed over the four equidistant stiffener of size 25mmx25mm SQ MS pipe in line with bottom of 25x65mm long rail section. PVC shoes shall be provided to legs of bed. All steel members shall be finshed with two coats of synthetic enamel paint to obtaining glossy finishing over a coat of redoxide primer with sray gun after properly smoothening the surface with sand paper in black colour. Rest all as per drawing.
