1)Total value of forestry and other works executed and payments received in the last five years (in Rs Lakhs) Format-1 is enclosed in Tender Notification. 2)To qualify for award of this Contract each tenderer in its name should have in the last five years achieved at least in two financial years a minimum financial turn over of Rs (usually not less than the two times of estimated annual payments in this contract) 3)satisfactorily completed (at least 50Percntage of this contract, as a prime contractor for similar works such as of value not less than Rs (Specify the similar work).
