Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in floor in 800MM X 800MM SIZE (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 c ement: 4 coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. The tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only . Laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel, plier, wedge, clips of required thickness, leveling system and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily. Interior painting: (two or more coats over a primer coat including complete scraping, other surface preparation like removal of loose paint residuals, damaged plastering, repairs to plaster, white cement based (JK / Birla) touch up putty / primer and making good the wall surface etc) Applying interior paint of approved colour, make, brand and product at the approved rate of surface coverage of painting as per Annexure A.1.3. The interior paint shall be applied over dry surface after complete scraping and removal of all loose or defective paint or powdery residue using mechanical methods with Zero dust vaccum technology followed with sealing the surface with a coat of approved interior primer before application of top coat of exterior paint. The contractor shall also carryout necessary surface preparation including removal of loose plastering, patch plastering, crack filling, micro-concreting, application of damp proof coating and making good the wall surface etc wherever required before applying primer coat. The contractor should ensure complete covering of floors using tarpaulin / plastic sheet while taking up the work. The work shall be executed as per the detailed specifications and special conditions mentioned in the Annexure 1. Interior Acrylic Interior emulsion paint (ICI /Asian / Berger / Nippon / Nerolac): (One or more coats excluding complete scraping and primer but including other surface preparation like removal of loose paint residuals, damaged plastering, high pressure jet washing, repairs to plaster, white cement based (JK / Birla) touch up putty / primer and making good the wall surface etc). Applying interior Acrylic Interior emulsion paint ( Asian / ICI / Berger) of approved colour, make, brand and surface coverage of painting as per the manufacturer specefication. The interior paint shall be applied over dry surface after removal of all loose or defective paint or powdery residue using mechanical methods with Zero dust vaccum technology followed with High pressure Jet washing whereever required before application of top coat of interior paint. (Top coat enamel coverage not less than 8.83sqm per litre for two coats over a coat of primer as per manufacturers specifications). The contractor should ensure complete covering of floors using tarpaulin / plastic sheet while taking up the work. The work shall be executed as per the detailed specifications.
