Withdrawing of the existing 15 HP/20hp Submersible pumping machinery from intake well along with 100mm dia column pipe (Approx- 45mtr) with the help of derrick and chain pulley arrangement after disconnection of pipe line and electrical connection as per direction of EIC.

Supply and delivery at site of vertical submersible pumping machinery directly coupled with wet winding type suitable size submersible motor with following specification: Discharge (Q) : 55 mᶟ/Hr. Head (H) : 68 mtrs. , Outlet - 80/100 mm dia Motor : Operating Voltage : 415 (± 10 %), Phase : 3ph, 50 Hz ± 6% Speed : 2900 RPM, Method of starting : S/D (Make : Approved Make) vendor. ( N.B : Manufacturer's test certificate along with charecteristics curve and gurantee certyificate have to be submitted at the time of delivery.)

100mm NB, M. S. seamless column pipes (7.11mm thick) with both side threaded & one side socketed (Heavy type) with 150mm long socket. The column pipes should be coated inside & outside with anticorrosive paint. a) 3m long (8TPI on both ends).

16 sq.mm.3 Core water proof flat cable suitable for pump set.(Make : Approved Make)

Making straight through joint between existing and new copper cable with the aid of necessary electrical accessories as per direction.

Supply and delivery 20HP Three Phase Submersible Pump Starters at3Ø,415V,50Hz with analog voltmeter and ammeter selector switch with short circuit protection with MCB and MCCB with analog votmeter ammetere selector switch. (Relay Range- 26-40)(Make-BCH)

Anti-snapping safety device for above pump sets with supplying suitable size heavy type M. S. Clamp (3sets) & 1”dia. Nylon rope of required length (aprox length-60m) (Double)including supply of all necessary materials as required.

Installation of the submersible pumping machinery along with allied electro-mechanical accessories with one no MS column pipe with the aid of derrick arrangement & other necessary tools & plants to complete the connection with the existing rising main . This also includes the cost of making lighting arrangement for continuation of workincluding all charges as per direction of E.I.C. (Total column pipe with pumping machinery approx.-54mtr)
