Provision for 25mm dia Pilling as foundation up to a depth of 3m including with all complete

Flat brick soling with 100% available brick at site below tie beam.

Provision for Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete etc.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement – All work up to plinth level : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement...etc.

Provision for steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete up to plinth level, Mild steel and Medium Tensile steel bars etc.

Brick work with clay flays F.P.S. (non modular) brick of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor five level in : Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) etc.

Provision for 12mm with plastering 1:4 cement sand mortar mix with complete.

Provision for finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade

Provision for fabrication of fixing of M.S. Grill as per approved design including cost of labour and material etc

Provision for Painting over the grills of compound wall & entrance gate : Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade ; two or more coats.
