Plastering and finishing the sunshades, brick walls, etc., with cement mortar 1:3 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound chemical at 2% by weight of cement as directed by the Engineer incharge at site including cost of all materials, lead, lift, T&Ps, curing, etc., complete.

Providing screed concrete with PCC 1:2:4 mix using 6 to 3 mm HBG metal over RCC roof slab to an average thickness with required slope laid over two coats of Latex Modified Acrylic Liquid Mixer Coating as directed by the Engineer incharge at site including cost of all materials, labour, curing, lead, lift, T&Ps, etc., complete.

Providing laying of solar reflective ceramic cooling tiles of size 305mmX305mmX7mm above the roof slab embedded in 20mm thick cement mortar 1:3 mixed with water proofing compound and pointed with tile joint with epoxy grout finishing neatly as directed by the Engineer incharge at site including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, T&Ps, etc., complete.

Supply and laying of PVC pipe 110mm dia (4kg/cm²) of FINOLEX or equivalent approved make and quality with ISI monogram as directed by the Engineer in charge for downfall pipes as directed by the Engineer in charge including cost of all materials, all specials such as Tees, Elbow, shoes, Special clamps, bends and screws, gratings etc., making holes in masonry/concrete, restoring the disturbed area to original condition, making water tight jointing with no leakage, labour, scaffolding, lead, lift,T&Ps, etc., complete.

dismantling the existing damaged roof ceiling plastering / concrete to repair, rehabilitation, strengthening and rectifying the roof ceiling plastering / concrete with cement mortar 1:1.5 20mm thick mixed with water proofing compound chemical at 2% by weight of cement, including corrosin treatment to exisiting corroded rods using suitable polymer / epoxy based product, finishing the ceiling area including cost of removing the debris, disposing away from the site as directed by the Engineer incharge including cost of all materials, lead, lift, labour, transport, curing, T&Ps, etc., complete.

Providing Random Rubble masonary (using retrived RR stones) in CM 1:5 for gate pillers as directed by the Engineer in charge including cost of all materials, labour charges, curing, lead, lift, T&Ps, etc., complete.

Projected border pointing with CM 1:3 for Randum Rubble masonry wall / Piller as directed by the Engineer in charge including cost of all materials, laboure charges, curing,T&Ps, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Providing, fabricating and fixing in postion MS Gates with required accessories such as but not limited to MS Angles, Channels, Pipes, flats, Square Bars, Shafts, Sheets etc., as directed by the Engineer in charge including cost of fabrication, transporting, lifting and fixing in walls rigidly with concrete PCC 1:2:4, cost of all materials, labour charges, lead, lift, T&Ps, one coat of red oxide primer, etc., complete.

Painting the steel work with two coats of approved quality & colour Satin / Matt finish enamel paint over a coat of primer of red oxide as directed by the Engineer in charge including cost of all materials, brushes, lead, lift, T&Ps, etc., complete.
