Dismantling centrifugal pump set and motor electrically and transportation to workshop for carrying out the preventive maintenance and repairs by checking and replacing the unserviceable spares such as replacement of shaft, impller, shaft sleves etc of any make complete with paper & sleeve, wooden stick, 'O' ring set reallignment of pump set foundation incl replacement of foundation bolts and nuts, servicing, cleaning and overhauliing, lubricating, assembling, connecting and testing complete for the capaciy of 15 HP complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Spares such as gasket, grease, bolt, nuts, studs, flanged and washers, shaft sleeve, bush collar, gland packing, CI gland, key coupling and any kind of welding/lath for refixing/connecting to pipe line etc. are deemed to be included in the cost of servicing. (ii) Bearing and bearing housing block if required to be replaced will be measured &paid separtely under relevent items. (iii) Pump/Motors should be returned and fixed after repair within 4 days of intimation of unserviceability, if the same is not reinstalled within the stipulated period then a penalty of Rs. 1000/- per day will be charged.

Note: Contractor should check the existing pump shaft size at site before procurement of tyre coupling complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, fixing and testing in replacement of double flanged non return valve of 200 mm dia, PN 1.6 rating, bronze/gunmetal seat and ss 304 shaft duly ISI marked complete with nuts, bolts, washers, gaskets conforming to IS 13095 of following sizes complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and fixing in replacement of unserviceable Pressure switch in and including pvc insulated copper conductor FRLS flexible cable with copper themble of suitable size upto control panel complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fix in replacement Flow switch of dia 150/200 mm as per existing specification complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for disconnecting electrically and mechanically defective induction electric motor of capacity 120 HP electrically operated three phase 415 volt,shifting to civil workshop for repair,strip opening for inspection,cutting of unserviceable burnt winding, taking out,cleaning of slots,rewinding with new super enameled ,of existing size of copper conductor winding wire and replacement of unserviceable burnt insulating materials,sleeves etc,varnishing and with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of superior quality after scraping, cleaning and preparation of old painted surfaces complete repainting two cote new and other connected works,re-assembling,re-fixing at site,electrical connection fixing with pump set with nuts,bolts,washers as per original position and testing complete all as directed for satisfactory operation complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) T&P items and any other minor items required for installation and commissioning of electric motor will deemed to be including in the quoted rates. (ii) Any electric connection,nut, bolts,washers,flanges including welding and cutting work will deemed to be including in quoted rates. (iii) Replacement of damage/warnout ball bearing shall be measured and paid separately.
