RequiredThe Bidder, as a Prime Contractor, shall have successfully executed similar works for the following categories during any one financial year in the last ten (10) financial years, i.e., from 2016-2017 to 2025-2026, for any State Government Organization
Required(i) Static Teams: The bidder shall have successfully executed similar works of value not less than Rs.15.24 Lakhs (50 % ECV of Static Amount for current work) which shall include similar works like deployment of unskilled labour for Static Teams, Instant Repair Teams (IRT), Ganesh Immersion duties, Manual Desilting during Monsoon Season and Emergency Operations during Monsoon Season
Required(ii) Monsoon Emergency Teams (MET): The bidder shall have successfully executed similar works of value not less than Rs.35.91 Lakhs (50 % ECV of MET Amount for current work) which shall include similar works like deployment of Monsoon Emergency Teams (MET) during Monsoon Season, provision of RLW less than 12 Ton along with drivers, and other similar monsoon emergency operation works
RequiredThe experience requirements for Static Teams and Monsoon Emergency Teams (MET) shall be evaluated independently, and fulfilment of one category shall not be considered towards fulfilment of the other category. The experience certificates in support of the above shall be issued by an officer not below the rank of Superintending Engineer/SP/DCP
RequiredThe bidder should upload Solvency Certificate of not less than ECV from any Nationalized Banks/Scheduled Commercial Banks/State Banks/Central Bank. The bidder shall have an available Bid capacity more than ECV, which shall be assessed as per the following formula: Available Bid capacity = (3AN-B)
RequiredThe (05) number of vehicles to be provided under this tender, whether through MOU, lease, or ownership
RequiredAny registered individual contractor, agency, experienced contractor, or reputed travel agency is eligible to participate in the tender. RequiredIf the Bidder stood L1 in the participated tender, the vehicles uploaded and considered for qualification in that tender shall not be eligible for use towards qualification requirements in any other subsequent tender during the same procurement process
RequiredUnder taking certificate, Details of Arbitration/Litigation, work commitments and list of documents uploaded shall be furnished as per Annexure I, II III, IV & V

RequiredThe bidder who quotes more than 15% below the Estimated Contract Value (ECV) shall be required to pay an Additional Security Deposit (ASD) for the percentage exceeding the 15% threshold. The ASD shall be paid in favour of the Commissioner, HYDRAA, and a copy of the payment proof must be uploaded
RequiredThe bidder shall not upload any unnecessary or irrelevant documents that are not related to the tender. All required documents shall be uploaded strictly in accordance with Annexure?IV. The bidder shall also upload a self-declaration, duly signed and stamped, along with the bid documents. Failure to submit the required documents in the prescribed format may result in rejection of the bid
RequiredThe Agencies / bidders shall not depend on payment of part bills to ensure completion of work on timely basis. Hence the agency shall not stop or slow down the work citing delays in payment of part bills
RequiredThe bidders shall produce uploaded original documents in the O/o Commissioner, HDYRAA, 6th Floor, Buddha Bhavan, Ranigunj, Secunderabad ? 500003 whenever called upon for verification by the department
