Suppy and fix in repair 13.62 TR capacity Scroll type compressor by taking out existing unserviceable 13.62 TR capacity Scroll type compressor denfoss make working refrigerant gas R-22/407C from water csooled central AC plant of capacity 40.86 TR , replacement of compressor with new one and fixing of new compressor sealed unit in position to match with existing plant, as per existing, brazing of discharge and suction including testing of the plant complete all as specified and as directed.

Suppy and fix in repair 13.62 TR capacity cast iron shell and copper tube type condensor by taking out existing unserviceable 13.62 TR capacity shell and tube type condensor of any make from existing water cooled central AC plant of capacity 36 TR capacity, replacement of condensor with new one to match the existing plant and fixing of new condensor unit in position, working refrigerant gas R-22/R-407C , brazing of in and out refrigerent line and water line complete all as specified and as directed.

Suppy and fix in repair 40.86 TR capacity cast iron shell and copper tube type Evaporator by taking out existing unserviceable 40.86 TR capacity shell and tube type condensor blue star make from existing water cooled central AC plant of capacity 40.86 TR capacity, replacement of evaporator with new one to match the existing plant and fixing of new evaporator unit in position, working refrigerant gas R-407C , brazing of in and out refrigerent line and water line complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Carrying out cleaning and de-scaling of hard scale/ iron deposited in old existing condenser shell and tube type from inside of the shell and tube by using chemical suitable for Descalling for the condensor unit with the help of monoblock pump set , as per recommended by manufacturer manual of the respective plant 13.62 TR capacity central type Scroll chiller water cooled AC Plant of capacity 40.86 TR complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per serial item No 4 above but for Evaporator of 40.86 TR

Material & Labour for repairing and servicing by taking out all unserviceable and defective parts from water cooled scroll compressor type Central AC Plants of capacity 13.62 TR of Voltas make after disconnecting the discharge & suction line removal of necessary electrical connection etc. and carry out the repair work as per the following :- (a) Labour for carry out Pressure testing / leak arresting with dry nitrogen gas / oil charging, incl cleaning of strainers, vaccumising testing complete and after testing charging of Refrigerent. Note :- Final Pressure testing and vacccumising need to stand for 24 hrs without tolerence limit. Quantity of Nitrogen gas used for leak testing and Antimoist for absorbing of moisture , Refregerant Gas , compresser oil will be measured and paid seperately. (b) Labour for repairing or replacement of electrical network,PCB sensor etc, and testing complete. Note :- Electrical component will be measured and paid seperately. (c) Labour for Repair/replacement of old u/s copper pipe line/sensor pipe line as per existing size and shape when found leaking/damage at the time of leak check including necessary flairing, brazing as required and replacement of end fittings made of copper including brass flange/nuts, brass dead cap and brass pipe as per site requirement and as directed. Note : - The cost of Copper pipe paid under respective schedule (i) Except the item sl no 7 to 18 of this schedule the cost of all other minor spare parts need to sucessfully run the AC plant are included in this item such as all types/sizes of new nuts , bolts, washers ,copper tube, small size connector, lead, wire or any other switch/ electrical component etc (ii) After the repair work and re-assembling the necessery test run of plant as per satisfaction of Engr-in-charge.

Material and Labour for servicing VRF AC complete of carrier make of capacity 67 KW indoor and outdoor complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix in repair of R-410A refrigerant to VRF AC system complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix in repair Cu pipe of size from 5/8' to 1-5' hard drawn including brazing soldering complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix in repair bypass valve system complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix in repair PN - 10 Pipe, 75 mm OD (SDR-11), 3 layer PP-R (Poly propylene Random copolymer) pipes confirming to IS:15801 UV stabilized & anti - microbial fusion welded, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all PP - R plain & brass threaded polypropylene random fittings including testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix in repair 15 mm nominal bore G.I. Pipes complete with clamps,making good the walls etc. concealed pipe, including painting with anti corrosive bitumastic paint, cutting chases and making good the walls complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair cooling tower fills as per existing size as per site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair finishing with epoxy paint on steel work (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufactureres specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc complete all as specified and directed.
