M&L Preparing old decorated plastered or un-plastered surfaces of walls by scraping the surfaces, brooming down or steel wire brushing down smoke soot, mould, mass and efflorescence salts and trading oil and greasy spots complete removal of existing treatment etc and applying one coat of Acrylic washable distemper on wall surfaces including preparation of surfaces by filling cracks/holes with white putty, up to G+8 storey bldg complete all as specified.

Description all as per serial item No. 27 above, but two coats of Acrylic washable distemper, complete all as specified and directed.
