M&L for vitrified ceramic coloured tiles light shade 10 mm thick (square / rectengular) polished area of each tile n exceeding 0.36 sqm , in floors with tile spacers etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1 :6 in floors etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No 10 but in vertical surfaces set set and jointed in neat cement slurry over and including 10mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:3, pointed with white/ coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping, clean and washing down with water to remove duest etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Non - skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in Cement mortar 1:6, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of Wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards /slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Anodised aluminium snap grid frame of grid size 605 x 605mm work for false ceiling complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 12mm thick Perforated particle board/ tiles for insulation and accoustic purposes, 60x60 cm in size, fixed with screwes to aluminum frame work or with staples on snap grid, if the ceiling is flat or sloped complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work/stone masonry/ concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick in two coats of 1st coat 10mm thick in CM 1:6, finishing coat 5 mm thick in CM 1:4 with and including at the rate of 200ml per bag finished even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Cost of Liquid water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately.

Make of wall putty: JK Wall putty/ Birla wall care putty/ Bison wall putty Note: (i) After the preparation of wall surface with wall care putty, the contractor will inform to the GE as well as to the Engineer in charge for site inspection/ stage passing before applying further finishes. M&L for preparation of surfaces and applying 2 coats of interior emulsion paint (light shade)@ 10 sq.m/litre/2 coats by using roller/brush to wall surface over & including a coat of interior wall primer @ 10 sqm/litre/1 coat as recommended as under coat by manufacturer of interior emulsion by using following brands of emulsion and primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
