Dismantling of unserviceable monoblock pump set with motor 3 phase 415 volts 11KW/15 HP at 2880 RPM suitable for monoblock pump Model KDS - 1537+ Make : Kirloskar, strip opening and taking out rotor carefully, cleaning of rotor and stator, checking the rotor bearings, pump bearings,gaskets, impeller keys, terminal plate, Gun Metal Bushes, Cooling fan blades, winding etc. complete and re-assembling the motor including replacement of studs with nuts, retesting of motor for full RPM and full discharge water after coupling with pump set complete all as specified and directed. Note - (i). The unit rate quoted above shall be deemed to include only for removing the motor and pumpset to perform the above mentioned works. (ii). Any parts / spares required to make it fully functional shall be measured and paid for separately under relevant item as supply only.

The unit rate quoted above shall be deemed to include only for rewinding the motor. (ii) Unit rate quoted above shall be deemed to include the following :- (a) Guarantee period of one year for rewinding of motor in any condition.

Comprehensive/preventive periodic monthly maintenance of Air conditioning plant, comprising of chiller unit, AHU/humidifiers etc of capacity 3x85 TR Capacity (comprising of 04 Nos of Compressor each) model YCD -21 make Blue star installed in 263 SU Technical Area, AF Stn, Bikaner, including servicing of AC plant by authorized company representative (Blue star company ltd) to check and inspect all air release valve, Gase pipe line, cleaning and setting of sensors, checking of control panels, checking of cooling system, inspection of all type of filters for smooth & trouble free functioning of AC plant complete all as specified and as directed. Preventive maintenance scope of work:- i) To visit & check the operating parameters of the chillers as per OEM schedules(quarterly,half-yearly and yearly should also be checked in concerned month). ii) To review the previous months operating log records and alarm history. iii) To inspect the unit for any unusual vibration, noise etc. iv) To check for a sign of refrigerants leakage. v) To check the operation of the expansion valves, once a year.

Note Contd/... vi) To check the proper functioning of microprocessor and take control test. vii) To check / calibrate the flow switch for proper functioning. viii) To check the LP/HP cut out switches and to replace the same, if found defective. Note : (i) The job covers upkeep of AC plant comprising of chiller unit i.e. condenser, chiller, etc. complete and cleaning of AHUs with electric motor including pan type humidifiers of different KW ratings, complete ducting, fan coil units, cooling tower and its piping network, instrument starter, connected control cabling/ wiring including electrical panels with switchgear (except compressor unit) for smooth & efficient performance of AC plant. (ii) Contractor shall provide Technically qualified person for fault attending within 24 hrs from the time of complaint registered/conveyed otherwise, a penalty at the rate of Rs. 5000/- per day shall be levied from contractor due payment.
