Dewatering as per site condition and as directed including pumping the water carefully without affecting the nearby site by engaging 5HP diesel pump including supply of 5HP diesel pump, suction & delivery pipe, fuel, operation, hire & running charges of pump, operator, all labour, transportation, T&P, equipments, fuel, tollage, taxes excluding GST, etc. all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. N.B.: No idle hours shall be paid.

Scarifying bituminous road by mechanical means and disposal of dismantled materials up to a lead of 5000 metres or at identified location, stacking serviceable and unserviceable materials separately including all labour, machineries, materials, T&P, taxes excluding GST, fuel, hire and running charges of all machineries etc. all complete as directed by Engineer-In-charge.

Earth work excavation in all kinds of soil & slushy soil from the existing ground level, etc. with all leads and lifts disposing and spreading the excavated material within a lead of 5 km at locations as directed with supply of all labour, materials, T&P, hire & running charges of all machineries, tollage, taxes excluding GST etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Collecting, Conveying, Supplying and transportation of Quarry Dust at the existing road berm for widening of the road and over the compacted sand layer on parking area of approved quality, conveying the same by private Trucks with all leads including loading at one end and unloading at the other, spreading quarry dust over the approved surface, compacting with V.R.R (wherever required) and Earth vibrator (wherever required) for both Dry & Wet rolling with supply of all labour, materials, T&P, engagement hire & running charges of all equipments, testing charges, taxes excluding GST etc. all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Collecting, Conveying, Supplying & Spreading, IRC Grade-I metal of size 45mm to 90mm of approved quality, laying on the existing profile of the road berm for widening the existing road and over the compacted sand layer on parking area to the required slope in layers, filling the interstices with required granite stone quarry dust as per specification, compacting by VRR (wherever required) / Earth vibrator (wherever required) as approved for both Dry and Wet rolling including supply of all materials, labour, T&P, transportation charges, hire & running charges of all equipments, watering, taxes excluding GST etc. all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Collecting, Conveying, Supplying & Spreading, IRC Grade-II of size 45mm to 63mm metal of approved quality laying over the compacted Gr.- I surface for widening the existing road and over the compacted sand layer on parking area to the required slope in layers & filling the interstices with granite stone quarry dust as per specification, compacting by VRR (wherever required) /Earth vibrator (wherever required) as approved for both Dry and Wet rolling including supply of all materials, labour, T&P, transportation charges, hire & running charges of all equipments, watering, taxes excluding GST etc. all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Collecting, Conveying, Supplying & Spreading, IRC Grade-III metal of size 22.4mm. to 53mm of approved quality laying over the compacted Gr.-II surface for widening the existing road and over the compacted sand layer on parking area to required slope in layers and spreading over the existing road profile as rectifying course in the required slope & filling the interstices with granite stone quarry dust as per specification, compacting by smooth wheeled vibromax road roller of minimum 8 to 10 Ton capacity Static Weight for both Dry and Wet rolling including supply of all materials, labour, T&P, transportation charges, hire & running charges of all equipments, watering, taxes excluding GST etc. all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, mixing, transporting, laying in proper level & grade of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 Coarse aggregate : 6 hard granite graded chips of 25mm & below size Crusher Broken) for Dry Lean Cement Concrete mixing in Batching plant including form works made of ply/steel shutters, hoisting, laying in layers, laying over compacted Gr-III surface, compacting with smooth wheeled vibratory road roller of minimum 8 to 10 Ton capacity, finished smooth to the exposed surface, curing etc with supply of all materials, labour, T&P, engagement, hire & running charges of all machineries, transportation charges, taxes excluding GST etc. all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, mixing, transporting, laying in proper level & grade cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 Coarse aggregate : 6 hard granite graded chips of 20mm & below size Crusher Broken) for PCC mixing in Mixer Machine including form works made of ply/steel shutters, hoisting, laying over compacted surface, finished smooth to the exposed surface, compacting by rammer as directed, to proper level & gradient, barricading the work site, curing etc with supply of all materials, labour, T&P, engagement hire & running charges of all machineries, transportation charges, taxes excluding GST etc. all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Cement concrete of M20 using 20mm & down grade hard granite chips ( Crusher Broken ) of approved quality for construction of RCC retaining wall, Pedestal, drain wall etc. including, mixing in Batching Plant, hoisting, laying in proper profile, compacting with mechanical vibrator, curing, maintaining proper level & slope, finished smooth to the exposed surface etc with supply of all materials, labour, T&P, hire & running charges of all equipments, water, tollage, testing charges of construction materials & compressive strength of cubes including barricading the work site to ensure safety of the new concrete structures etc., taxes excluding GST etc. all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. N.B. : Mix Design shall be conducted for RCC work. Cost excluding Reinforcement, bending/ binding charges and centering, shuttering.

Cement concrete of M-35 grade by using Crusher broken hard granite chips of 12mm to 20 mm size of approved quality for RCC road work, mixing in a Batching plant, transporting the concrete by any approved means, hoisting, laying on road pavement slabs in panels of required size, providing thermocol at top 50 mm of the panel joints so as to create a gap of 12mm between panels, compacting by mechanical vibrator with 60mm needle vibrator, finished smooth to the exposed surface to proper grade and camber, texturing the top surface by brooming with wire brush, curing by ponding, barricading the area for proper safety of the fresh concrete without obstructing the traffic, etc with supply of all materials, labour, T&P, tollage, all transportation charges, all testing charges of construction materials, compressive strength test of concrete cubes, core cutting, cost for design mix, engagement, hire & running charges of all machineries, taxes excluding GST and excluding cost of formwork, cost of joints, cost of steel & labour charges for bending & binding of steel etc all complete as directed by Engineer in Charge. N.B. : Two separate Mix Design shall be conducted with different Cement brand for RCC work.

Supplying and laying 125 Micron polythene separation membrane with overlapping of 300 mm at joints including cleaning the surface before placing the membrane etc., complete including cost of all materials, labour, T&P, tollage, taxes excluding GSTetc, all complete as directed by the Engineer In Chrage. N.B. : No payment will be made for overlapping.

Supply of Fe-500 steel confirming to IS- Specification of TATA/ SAIL/ VIZAG brands including straightening, cutting, bending, binding & placing the grills in position for RCC works including cost of binding wire of 18 to 20 gauge with supply of all materials, labour, transportion, T&P, Tollage, taxes excluding GST etc. all complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. (No Wastage shall be paid) N.B. : Payment shall be made as per the co-efficient laid down in IS-1786.

Painting the kerb stone with two coats of weather coat over a coat of primer of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade including all labour, testing charges, fuel, tools, and other equipment, taxes excluding GST, etc. all complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supplying & forming 12mm wide x 85mm deep longitudional joints by fixing 10 mm dia 450mm long HYSD bars @ 420mm C/C painted 50mm at center with anti-corrosive paint including providing & fixing bitumen paper, painting one side of concrete surface (250mm thick) with bituminous black paint, cutting grooves of required size and sealing the grooves with bitumastic filler etc, complete with cost & supply of all materials, reinforcement, T&P, labour, Hire and running charges of all machineries, safety measures, taxes excluding GST etc., all complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supplying & forming 12mm wide x 60mm deep contraction joints by fixing 25 mm dia 450mm long mild steel round bars @ 300mm C/C including painting two third of the bars with anticorrosive paint & covering the same with 125 micron polythene fitted & cutting grooves of required size and sealing the grooves with bitumastic filler etc, complete with cost & supply of all materials including dowel bars, T&P, labour, Hire and running charges, of all machineries, safety measures, taxes excluding GST etc. all complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supplying & forming 25mm wide x 250mm deep expansion joints by fixing 25 mm dia 450mm long mild steel bars @ 300mm C/C including painted 275mm length of bars with anti-corrosive paint & covering the same with 125 micron polythene fitted and HDFC/G.I. cap of 100 mm long at the other end including fixing 25mm thick & 220 mm deep joint filler Board (Shalitax or equivalent) painting one side of concrete surface with bituminous black paint & sealing the groove with bitumastic filler etc, all complete with cost & supply of all materials including dowel bars, T&P, labour, Hire and running charges, of all machineries, safety measures, taxes excluding GST etc., all complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing of retro-reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC:67 made of high intensity grade sheeting vide clause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 1.5mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75mm x 75mm x 6mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing including all labour, testing charges, fuel, painting the MS members with two coats of epoxy paint, tools and other equipment, tollage, taxes excluding GST etc. all complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing rigid, smooth, leak proof, good quality centering & shuttering with form works made out of new ply/ steel shutters for raft, pavement slab, drainwall, culvert or any other structure as may be required, providing openings of specified size on wall, chipping & coaltaring after each use of shuttering materials, dismantling the same after stripping off period over including staging/ scaffolding with supply of all materials, labour, T&P, transportation charges, hire & running charges of all equipments, taxes excluding GST etc. all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge etc.

Kerb stones & Top slabs

Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand including all labour, testing charges, fuel, tools, and other equipment, taxes excluding GST, etc. and complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. N.B. : Cost of sand shall be paid separately.

Painting lines, dashes, arrows etc. on roads in two coats on new work with ready mixed road marking paint confirming to IS:164 on surface, including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter, demarcation at site and traffic control upto 10 cm in width including all labour, testing charges, fuel, tools, and other equipment, taxes excluding GST, toolage etc. all complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing Glow Studs of size 100x20 mm made of heavy duty body shall be moulded ASA (Acrylic Styrene Acryloretrite) or HIP (High Impact Polyustyrene) or ABS having electronically welded micro prismatic lens with abrasion resistant coating as approved by Engineer in charge. The glow studs shall support a load of 13635 kg tested in accordance with ASTM D4280. The slope of retro-reflective surface shall be 35 (+/-5) degrees to base. The reflective panels on both sides with at least 12 cm of reflective area up each side. The luminous intensity should be as per the specification and shall be tested as described in ASTM I:809 as recommended in BS:873 part 4:1973. The studs shall be fixed to the road surface using the adhesive confirming to IS, as per procedure recommended by the manufacturer complete and as per direction of Engineer in charge. (Taxes excluding the cost of GST)

Supplying, fabricating, welding of G.I. Pipe (Heavy Quality) of 50mm dia. complete with all fittings, I.S.I. mark with supply of all labour, materials, T&P, finishing the joints by grinding, taxes excluding GST etc. all complete as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Painting G.I. pipes and fittings with two coats of anti-corrosive bitumastic paint of approved quality including all labour, fuel, tools, and other equipment, taxes excluding GST etc. all complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supplying, fitting, fixing of precoated galvallume metal sheet of 0.5mm thick of approved quality for roof and wall including fixing of all EPDM screw, ridge piece, eve board etc. cutting the sheet to proper profile with supply of all materials, labour,T&p, transportation, welding charges, grinding, staging, scaffolding, taxes excluding GST, etc. all complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supplying, fitting, fixing fully glazed aluminium framed sliding type door & windows with wire mesh glass using 15 micron anodized OEL aluminium section 2082 as out section, 9139 as mullion section, 4124 as a shutter section frame with tapered clip of section 4125, aluminium angle, rubber beading, friction stay and hande, taxes excluding GST etc. all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
