(a) M&L for detecting the pin point fault of defective UG cable 120 sqmm and 185 sqmm (both length approx 550 RM) by using LT megger detecting device and including testing using LT megger detecting device and including testing using LT megger to clear the fault. - 01 Job (b) S&F in replacement MCCB having current ratings 400 Amps with rupturing capacity 50 KA, AC 415 Volts, 4 poles with thermal magnetic release complete with spreader links all as specified and directed including dismantling the existing u/s MCCBs with all connections and all as required at site or as directed by Engineer-in-charge. - 03 each (c) Supply and laying in trenches or fixed to wall/pole or passing through pipe cable LT 1100 volts grade heavy duty, XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable, with alum conductor of any size 120 sqmm 3.5 core complete including taking out old unsv LT UG cable all as specified and directed. 150 RM (d) Supply and laying in trenches or fixed to wall/pole or passing through pipe cable LT 1100 volts grade heavy duty, XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable, with alum conductor of any size 185 sqmm 3.5 core complete including taking out old unsv LT UG cable all as specified and directed. 140 RM (e) Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 Mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 Mtr in depth for foundation of poles/cable, stay assy etc and getting out any type of soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge - 35 cum (f) Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each layers complete all as specified and directed - 22 cum (g) Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge - 13 cum (h) Supply and laying dry river sand laid in trenches as cable cushioning 80mm below and 150mm above the cable and punned to 180mm and covering all as directed. 07 cum Note : Punned qty will be measured and paid. (j) M/L for brick well burnt locally available sub class 'B' laid over sand cushioning for mechanically protection of cable in trenches keeping width of brick parallel to the length of cable all as directed. 1000 Nos Note : Old retrieved unsv material will be bidder's property and credit for the same will be accounted for in the quoted rate.
