M&L for treating the existing pipe penetrations using non-shrink, free flowing, cementitious grout .The compressive strength of the grout must exceed 50 N/mm2 at 7 days and 60 N/mm2 at 28 days. The flexural strength of grout must exceed 9N/mm2 @ 28 days. Fresh wet density of the mixed grout must exceed 2150 kg/m3. Further flashing the area using solvent based UV resistant polyurethane based waterproofing material having minimum tensile strength on 4 N/mm2 and minimum elongation of 800%. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for removing old existing rubbish/battered/useless mixture of the binding materials such as cement / Lime and fine aggregate (<4.5mm retained on IS Sieve), loose/unsound weaken mixture of binding materials such as cement / Lime and coarse Aggregate (>4.5mm retained on IS Sieve), fine Aggregate of any description and in any position from existing external/internal surfaces of RCC components or any surface having average profundity of 15mm (Approx height 10m from natural ground level) by hand tool that has a long metal blade with a sharp edge at the end, chisel and hammer or using robust pneumatic chisel hand tools and removal beyond MoD land including cutting of all edges, making square shoulders of the aperture, coarsen the smooth surfaces, curettage /removing of all deterioted/decayed loose surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for providing in areas with major spalling (greater than 25% of ceiling concrete depth) leak proof shuttering to facilitate pouring of Green Pro certified micro concrete to have a desired thickness as per design.The shuttering shall be provided till the top at the sides with a gap of around 50 mm from the bottom of the slab to facilitate pouring of micro concrete. Further pouring corrosion resistant, non-shrink, rheoplastic, high-strength cementitious micro-concrete BS 66 MUCIS of Thermax Make having fresh wet density of 2200-2400 kg/m.The micro-concrete must be GreenPro certified adhering to all standard norms as per certification.The micro-concrete in flowable consistency shall achieve a compressive strength not less than 20 N/mm2 at 24 hours, 30 N/mm2 at 3 days, 40 N/mm2 at 7 days and 50 N/mm2 28 days at 30°C. Most importantly, the cured micro concrete shall contain in no metallic aggregates, or chlorides and shall be shrinkage compensated in the plastic state. The unrestrained expansion shall be between 1-3%. The flexural strength shall not be less than 10 N/mm2 at 28 days. The micro-concrete shall have a coefficient of thermal expansion similar to that of the host concrete. Deshuttering shall be done after a minimum period of 36 hours or so depending on the ambient temperature. In case of low temperature, the shuttering shall be kept in place for 48-72 Hours Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for applying two coat of mixture of two monomer unsaturated liquid hydrocarbon , gaseous hydrocarbon and polymesrized them to get the high polymer dispersion emulsion successfully bonded to mortar, to improve adhesion to concrete, better durability, reduced shrinkage and increased flexibility and resistant to emulsification in damp condition modified Ensuring no porosity in new/old surface, temperatures between +5°C and +35°C, Resist to penetration of CO2 4.600 micron , compressive strength (11.5 N/mm2) at 3days strength - 11.5 (N/sqmm ) and at 28 days - 25.30N/sqmm as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for providing and laying 2 coats of acrylic elastomeric waterproofing coating. The coating to be applied on wall shall be liquid applied highly durable waterproof coating system for wall, based on high quality acrylic emulsion, functional filler, sunlight stable pigment and quality fungicides. It shall have properties that provide features like crack bridging ability, breathability, flexibility & exterior durability and resists micro-organism growth.It shall cover hairline cracks up to 0.5 mm effectively. It shall have excellent crack bridging ability and shall bridge cracks up to 2 mm width. The elongation at break is approx. 220 %. The tensile strength is 0.7 Mpa. It has a hardness shore ‘A’ scale of 80, with an adhesion strength of 3.4 Mpa. The coating is UV resistant, algae and fungus resistant, and has a water vapor permeability of 40 gm/m²/day and a crack bridging ability of 1-2 mm. The coating must be applied with temperature above 5°C and below 45°C. The coating shall be applied in two coats of by roller or brush application at the interval of 4-6 hours.Allow applied coating to dry or cure for 7 days complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for repair to cracks and damaged existing surfaces of RCC structure etc by Hydrogen Free Expanding and Plasticising Additive . It plasticizes the mix, allowing for substantial reduction in water without affecting the fluidity, thus improving the strength and impermeability, the admixture/ additive in cement to provide non‐shrink properties Cementitious Cable Encapsulation . (a). Fixing of pvc nozzles in zig-zag fashion not more than 50cm c/c on RCC surfaces on all directions as required after drilling holes in concrete, fixing pvc nozzles with fast setting mortar and covering with renderoc plug. The size of holes shall be 20mm dia and 75mm in depth complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for providing and fixing welded MS wire mesh weighing not less than 1Kg/Sqm of size 50mmX50mm of 2.6mm dia on the prepared surface & surface should be cleaned and be removed from dirt, fungus and all foreign material complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for providing and spraying polyamine cured epoxy coating incorporating a special alkali reactive emulsion breaking system compound over the plastered surface. This impervious film prevents excessive water evaporation which in turn permits more efficient cement hydration, thus reducing shrinkage and increasing durability. It shall have a specific gravity of 1.02 and the minimum application temperature shall be 10°C and the strength of concrete complies with the internationally recognised ASTM C309-90 standards typically within the range of 200 to 285 ml/sqm, SG - 1.02 including all tools and tackles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- charge.

It should be specially adhered to BS 6319 having specific gravity of 1.025 to 1.04, minimum 43% solid contents as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for applying 15-20 mm screed with single component cement based Polymer modified fibre reinforced mortar to produce a thixotropic mortar . The product shall achieve a compressive strength of 15 MPa in 1 day & 45 MPa in 28 days and a flexural strength of 7 MPa @ 7 days.cement and sand can be used for finishing purpose. It shall compensate both plastic and hardened shrinkage and have minimum direct adhesive bond strength of greater than 2 MPa. It shall be alkaline, compatible with host concrete with similar thermal properties and shall achieve a elastic modulus of minimum 25 kN/Sqmm.Single component cement based Polymer modified fibre reinforced mortar which provides excellent bond to concrete, Improves tensile and flexural properties of mortar, Versatile having specific gravity of 1.02.complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for applying 3 coats of cement based waterproofing coating with high negative hydrostatic, good adhesion to substrate and enhanced durabiltiy on concrete or masonry walls. The waterproofing coating should have adhesion to substrate of 1.3 Mpa after 28 days, elasticity modulus of 14000 - 16000 N/mm2 after 28 days and average water/ powder demand of 0.24 to 0.26 for fluid consistency.

M&L for resistance to aggressive agents like atmospheric gases, carbon dioxide, chloride ions, sulphates, oxygen and water, cracks, UV rays and rain, efflorescence and lime blooming by using two coats of water based Alicyclic primer & protect surface to carbon dioxide and adorning coating contains special glass fibres to maintain anti cracking properties for concrete/ Masonary, apply Acrylic emulsion Sealer Coat chemical having High performance Water Based aliphatic protective coating to concrete & masonary surface new or old, after proper surface Preparation, cleaning of dust, dirt, etc. System should comprise of water based acrylic polymer primer coating on prepared surface at 260-280 microns DFT (Density Function Theory) and at 200 microns WFT (Water Function Theory) using suitable brush or roller, overcoating time @ 30°C shall be 8 hours as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for applying 2 coats of amine cured epoxy coating cum primer of film thickness of approx. 1 to 2mm should be built up in two coats, should achieve Adhesion bond strength 1 N/mm2, pot life of 30 minutes@30 C. Before applying primer Concrete / steel surface should be cleaned by any suitable method (like sand blasting, water jetting etc.) to remove old coatings, grease, oil, curing compounds, loose particles, weld spatter, flux, rust etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

M&L for applying 3 coats of corrosion inhibiting, polymer matrix with excellent mechanical properties such as adhesion and elongation as waterproofing barrier coating. It should be non toxic and non-re-emulsifying. Should conform to JIS Z 1535 and IS-3085 and DIN-1048 having Hardness - Shore 'D' scale of 20,wet density of 1.66 g/cc, flexibility at low temperatures, tensile strength > 0.4 MPa, Elongation > 20%, adhesion to substrate greater than 1.5 N/mm², waterproofing to withstand 330 KPa positive pressure and 160 KPa negative pressure, Mixing should be done by electric rotary mixers. The substrate should be free of laitance, loose concrete, dust, oil etc. if applied on screed or any other cementitious surface the surface should be propoerly cured prior to application complete all specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for applying Polyster Resin based Anchoring material in concrete before fixing nozzle it should typically attains a compressive strength in excess of 20N/mm @ 3 hours and and ultimate compressive strength of 70N/mm in 7 days (50mm x 50mm x 50mm)when tested as per BS 6319 Part 2 : 1983 as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Shear thinning agents in RCC/ walls/ ceiling/ columns/ beams/floor/bricks cracks after opening up in “V” groove manner covering the area of 300mm from central line of crack with the depth of 8 mm complete with three components compound graded filler, E-Resins and Shear thinning agents with adjustable consistency by varying the filler component epoxy resin based as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. .

M&L for cleaning and removing all corrosion scales , rust , etc using emery / wire brush and finally cleaning using rust remover & cleaning agent that is one part alkaline based material, with corrosion inhibitors and dispersing agents and supplied as a clear brown solution. The specific gravity shall be 1.2 – 1.22 @ 25°C. The pH value shall be between 9.5 to 10. The coverage shall be 5 – 6 m2/ L complete all specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for removing of existing loose material and complete surface preparation by scarifying the surface. Filling of voids and undaltions with ingle component thixotropic fibre reinforced polymer modified mortar to achieve compressive strengths of 15 Mpa in 1 day, 25MPa in 3 days and 45 MPA in 28 days, adhesion bond strength of>2MPa, giving creep strain reduction of 10%, modulus of elasticity of 25-28 MPa, shall have water-powder ratio of 0.16,finished to obtain surface even and smooth as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for MS TMT bars 12 mm dia and over as in reinforcement cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends & binding with and including MS annealed wire not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for applying 2 coats of two component amine cured epoxy mastic coating using Light brush blasting using nonmetallic abrasive leaving a clean, rough and even pattern.it should be based on a 100% epoxy formulation and contains no solvents or water diluents. Apply two coats with brush or squeeze to the existing surface, working well into the substrate.it should achieve Compressive Strength of >70 MPa after 14days, having pot life minutes at 27⁰C, 100 g >40 mass as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Note: for item No. 1 to 23:- The work for items Srl No 1 to 23 shall be executed directly by manufacturer or through their authorized and qualified applicators,of any following manufacturer only. The contractor must submit MOU with manufacturer/authorized applicator at the time of sample approval.

The contractor shall submit performance guarantee certificate for structural repair/leakage/seepage for a period of 10 years from the certified date of completion.

The unit quoted rate shall be inclusive of material, all labours, tools and plants including scaffolding required for working upto 15 mtr height from natural ground level.

The defect liability period for the structural repair work shall be 05 (five) years from the certified date of completion of work.

A security deposit of value equal to 2.5% of the rate quoted against each item shall be retained from Final bill payment due to the contractor for the defect liability period.

The unit quoted rate is deemed to include taking down of water pipe, tanks, wires etc found on roof or other working areas and re-fix same at the original position after completion of work.

Adoption of necessary safety arrangement like safety belts, ropes, helmet, netting etc are required for safety of working labour at height exceeding 3 to 15 mtr shall be mandatory & deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate

The quoted rates shall be included the following aspect:- (a) Cutting of existing piano hinges, handle and tower bolt from window frame and shutter. Petty repairs to MS windows n. exe 3 sqm taking down and refixing the same of window glass, hacking out old putty or removing beads etc, and reputtying all glass and painting/oiling puttied surface to match existing work and included taking down and refixing the same position complete all as directed. Note:-(i) The unit quoted rate shall be inclusive of material,any helght of any size and all labours, tools and plants including scaffolding, safety helmet, rope required for working upto approx 15 mtr height from natural ground level and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. Note :- An amount of Rs 4890.00 on account of credit schedule for schedule 'A' part II shall be deducted from the total amount of BOQ to arrive at the contract sum.
