Repair of M S Fabricated Bridge of P S Tank of Filtration Plant No 1 at Sitlee under own soruces 2026-27

Crane charges for dismentling/strengenthing of bridge using I beam and channels and refitting of bridge and allied components, Job includes dismentling of bridge/ dismantling of components such as gear box, Motor, couplings, shafts with the skilled labour, parts shall be shifted to the workshop for repairs ( gear box, Motor, couplings, shafts etc).Bridges shall be dimantled from the center of the tank bridge shall be dimantle from the center of the tank after strengthening of bridges structure by using MS section material so that no damge occur the bridge structure while dismatling. New bearing shall be arranged as per the existing design of superior quality and shall be fitted at the same place with other allied repair works.After finishing the repair work the bridge shall be refitted at its place by specified crane of long boom and heavy duty.

Repair to gear boxes and motor including cost of main bearing and allied works/blades repairs and welding work. Job including repair of component such as gear box, Motor, couplings shall be dismantled at work shop and gear boxes shall be repaired by providing new main gear and new bearings and oil seals shall be fitted. Motors shall be repaired by extracting the motor and rotor shall ber welded and turning shall be the bearing size and new bearing shall be provided as per existing couplings shall be replaced and new coupling shall be provide as per sample and fitting shall be done after accurate boring and making key way as per motor rotor shaft size. Repirs to blades by way of welding to shaft with good quality of welding electrodes and turning shall be done for accurate size after straightening the shaft on hydraulic press. Shifting of repaired items to the site and placing te material at site bridge with the help of skilled labour and by using specialized crane and repaired blade shall be fitted at its position and then fitting of gear box shall be done and coupling shall be fitted to blades in its proper alignment. Coupling of motor shall be done with gear box with new nuts and bolts. Electrical connections shall be done and bridge shall be tested on full load.

Making of apporach road by using JCB and mulba to the site of work and labour charges of cleaning of P.S. Tank after completion of work. Job includes making of apporach road by using JCB or oher machine,filling of pot holes shall be done by solid mulba. JCB shall be required for helping the crane to reachg its place of operation.(complete Job)
