Required Labour :- Operators (Skilled) round the clock 04 Nos per day and weekly off reliever for 1 persons cum maintenance attendance (24x7) for 1000KLD STP and 500KLD STP each (For 06 Months)
Cleaning of effuent, sluury and sediments in all the tanks of 1000KLD STP (Equalization tank, Aeration Tank, Secondary clarifier tank & filter water tank)
Servicing of compressed Air Piping, cleaning of diffusers, servicing & replacement of damages diffusers with new. (1000KLD & 500KLD STPs)
Rectification of defects in the electrical panel including replacement of defective switch geras such as relays, contactors and wiring etc (1000KLD & 500KLD STPs)
One sludge pump got chocked,needs complete dismanting,services,rectification & assembly including cleaning and replacement of damaged pipe 7 its fittings.(1000KLD & 500KLD STPs)
The inter connecting piping and fitting between sludge pump to clairifier needs be rectified by repairing damaged/blocked piping (1000KLD & 500KLD STPs)
Servicing of secondary clarifier scrapping mechanism & clening its inter connected piping (1000KLD & 500KLD STPs)
Rectification of water pump leakkage and servicing of motors,biomass, recirculation pump serving etc.(1000KLD & 500KLD STPs)
Addition of Bio-culture /micro organism (1000KLD & 500KLD STPs)
Rectification of Air leakages from root Blower header/manifold including lubrication.(1000KLD & 500KLD STPs)
Bio mass rectification pump, sludge transfer pump and other motor including pumps and gland maintenance.(1000KLD & 500KLD STPs)
Roots blower services/repair/spares change.(1000KLD & 500KLD STPs)
Replacements of damages pipes,fittings and valves.(1000KLD & 500KLD STPs)
Replacements/rectifications of air Diffusers.(1000KLD & 500KLD STPs)
Hardware,efflucents filters and other misccllancous items.(1000KLD & 500KLD STPs)
Clarifier mechanism maintenance repair/oil changing servicing of scrapper blade rectification etc.(1000KLD & 500KLD STPs)
Replacements of filters:- The body/shell of pressure and Filter and activated carbon filter got rested and leaking,due to oxidation,the rectification is not possible and its needs to be replaced with new filter units made out of mild steel with FRP inner layer along with media such as pebbled,garvels courses sand,fine sand activated carbon.(1000KLD & 500KLD STPs)
