Removal and Cleaning of all type concrete/masonry surface sludge slurry by throughly brooming with wire brush & surface grinder to remove the plaster peeings algae dirt and all foreign material consolidated on surface complete in all respect.

Chiselling/drilling of all wall and base joints inside water tank to remove fatigued surface and capilaries leading water seepages . Developing coved surface on entire base and wall joints inside tank area for leakage protection and strengthening application of plaster with PIDILITE URP 301 compound onn entire surface area after removal of fatigued concrete to a mnimum thick of 20mm on entire surface ara oftank.Developing coved surface (gola formation ) on entire wall and base joints for adddtional srengthening against leakages.laying of fibre mesh on complete surface of tank for making it leak proof repairng base of tank with rendroc plug compound with in all complete lead and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Water proofing and seepage protection cementitious elatomeric food grae coating to be done on entire inner surface area of storage tank in two layers system ,one coating layer to be perpendicularly coated on the second layer after drying of final layer buffer layering to be done at wall and base area jointing tob provide addtional coating strength. Application of fosroc priming agent followed by Microncreting the entire surface for leakage protection .after Microncreting the entire surface is coatted with Forroc Rendroc plug for water tighting to concrete including of filter media from filter with in all lead and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
