DESCRIPTION

Installation

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of AHRI (Air-Conditioning, Heating, and Refrigeration Institute) Certified Air-Cooled , Scroll Chiller package complete with VFD (Variable Frequency Drive), hermetic, multiple scroll type compressors each with step less capacity control of 25 % to 100 % of the rated capacity, with microprocessor based control panel, motor, starter panel (VFD), machine mounted, air- cooled condensers, factory fitted chiller insulation, water flow switch , vibration spring Isolators, victaulic couplings, integral refrigerant piping and wiring with single/ two circuits, automatic and safety controls mounted in central console panel and all mounted on a steel frame (complete as per specifications) i/c suitable foundation/mounting structure made of RCC/MS Structure i/c anticorrosive paint, anti vibration pad, power control cable and connection inter connection etc. as per design approved by engineer-incharge. Motor shall be suitable for 415±10% 50 cycles. 3 phase AC supply. Refrigerant gas used shall be R-410A/ R-407C. The chiller shall be Building Management System (BMS) compatible. Chilled water Leaving Temp. (6.67 deg. C) Chilled water Entering Temp. (12.2 deg. C) Evaporator fouling factor = 0.018 m2. ⁰C/kW Condenser air entering temp. : As per Site Dry Bulb Temperature Suitable for Seismic Zone and Altitude as per location/site.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of factory built floor mounted chilled water double skin type with mixing chamber horizontal / vertical air handling units made of 25mm thick panels consisting of pre plasticized G.I. casing of thickness 0.8mm outside layer and 0.8mm inside layer with polyurethane foam (PUF) insulation factory injected between them by injection moulding machine, complete with air blower section with blower suitable for static pressure as required , minimum 2 bend GSS/PVC eliminators, cooling coil section with aluminum finned copper tubes (tubes thickness not less than 0.5mm ) cooling coil of 6 row deep, filter section with 50mm thick metal viscous/ washable synthetic type air pre filters, belt drive package with TEFC drive motor of efficiency class IE3 suitable for 415 ± 10% volts, 50Hz , 3 phase AC supply suitably designed for variable frequency drive applications, drain connection, stainless steel (18G) drain pan with PUF insulation, 150mm dia. dial type pressure gauges (2 nos.) and industrial type thermometers ( 2 nos.) at the inlet and outlet of coil, The units shall incorporate with dampers for outlet, return and fresh air, fire retardant canvass connection & vibration isolation pads. Maximum face velocity across filters:2.5 m/s, Min 6R deep coil, Maximum fan outlet velocity:10 m/s.auto pressure valve wherever required, necessary vibration isolation arrangement etc. complete in all respect and of following capacities. Supply, laying/ fixing, testing and commissioning of following nominal sizes of chilled water piping inside the building (with necessary clamps, vibration isolators and fitting but excluding valves, strainers, gauges etc) duly insulated with fire retardant quality expanded polystyrene moulded pipe section of density 20 Kg/Cu.m after a thick coat of cold setting adhesive (CPRX compound) wrapping with 500g polythene faced hessian and wire mesh finally applying 26G aluminium sheet cladding complete at joints repairing of damage to building etc. As per specifications and as required complete in all respect. Note: The pipe of sizes 150 mm & bellow shall be M.S. `C` class as per IS:1239 and pipe size above 150mm shall be welded black steel pipe heavy class as per IS:3589, from minimum 6.35mm thick MS sheet for pipes up to 350 mm dia. and from minimum 7mm thick MS sheet for pipes of 400mm dia. and above.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of following valves, strainers, gauges in the chilled water plumbing duly insulated to the same specifications as the connected piping and adequately supported as per specifications. BUTTERFLY VALVE(MANUAL) with CI body SS disc, nitrile rubber seal & o- Ring PN 16 pressure rating for chilled/ condensor water circulation as specified complete with flanges, nuts, bolts etc:

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of following valves, strainers, gauges in the chilled water plumbing duly insulated to the same specifications as the connected piping and adequately supported as per specifications. BALANCING VALVE WITH BUILT IN MEASURING FACILITY with CI body flanged construction with EPDM coated disc with protected out pipe insulation & PN 16 pressure rating for chilled water/hot eater circulation as specified as specified complete with flanges, nuts, bolts etc:

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of following valves, strainers, gauges in the chilled water plumbing duly insulated to the same specifications as the connected piping and adequately supported as per specifications. Y strainer with flanges, nut bolts and gasket.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of following valves, strainers, gauges in the chilled water plumbing duly insulated to the same specifications as the connected piping and adequately supported as per specifications. NON- RETURN VALVE with dual plate of CI body SS plates vulcanized NBR seal flanged end & PN 16 pressure rating for chilled/hot water eater circulation including insulation as specified complete with flanges, nuts, bolts etc:

Supply & installation of 3-Way Mixing Valves complete with modulating motor & modulating Thermostat etc. complete in all respect. Valve shall be insulated to the same specifications as the connected piping and adequately supported as per specifications.

Supply, installation, balancing and commissioning of factory fabricated GSS sheet metal rectangular/round ducting complete with neoprene rubber gasket, elbows, splitter, damper, vanes, hangers, supports, bends, transitions, reducers, end caps, collars etc as required complete in all respect in confirmation to IS:655 and approved drawings and specifications of following sheet thickness complete as required.

Supply, installation, balancing and commissioning of fabricated at site GSS sheet metal rectangular/round ducting complete with neoprene rubber gasket, elbows, splitter, damper, vanes, hangers, supports, bends, transitions, reducers, end caps, collars etc as required complete in all respect in confirmation to IS:655 and approved drawings and specifications of following sheet thickness complete as required.

Supplying and fixing of following thickness duly laminated aluminium foil of mat finish closed cell Nitrile rubber (Class ”O”) insulation on existing duct after applying suitable adhesive for nitrile rubber. The joints shall be sealed with 50mm wide and 3mm thick self adhesive nitrile rubber tape insulation complete as per specifications and as required.

Supply & laying of Armoured Power Cable with all necessary gland and Copper/Al. lugs Cable

Supply & laying of unarmoured Copper Control Cable.

Supply, Installation of Perforated G.I. Tray 2mm thick, including suspension from RCC ceiling with MS hangers, MS angle steel rawl plugs, fasteners etc as per site requirement.

DESCRIPTION

All Inclusive Comprehensive Maintenance of the air cooled scroll chillers, AHUs, Pumps, Electrical Panel etc as spelt out in Part-I , including monthly visits and any number of break down visits, supply of all required spares and consumables etc. To the satisfaction of HAL and complying to OEM recommendations, as required. During CAMC period, four preventive maintenance services in a year i.e. one service per quarter to be carried out and duly filled and signed service reports to be submitted to EIC. (1 JOB = CAMC of three air cooled scroll chillers, two AHUs, three Pumps, one Electrical Panel etc for one year)
