REPAIR AND MAINT OF LIGHTING CONDUCTOR AND OTHER EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION IN RESTRICTED AREA AT JINDRAH

M&L earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 3.15 mm thick, buried in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal gorund level connected to copper strip 25 x 4 mm continuity conductor including 40 mm bore pipe light grade for protection of strip by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made out of galvanised iron or steel connected ot earth test point upto 7.5 mtr away from earth electrode all as per plate No 03 of SSR part-I including necessary earth work, PCC 1:3:6 type C1 chamber, RCC cover slab of 50 mm thickness 1:2:4 type B1 with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 140 mm C/C as reinforcement with suitable handle, watering pipe 20 mm dia light grade with funnel,. charcoal sait and testing on completion including taking down old unserviceable earthing with connected items all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

M&L earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to GI strip 32 x 6 mm continuity conductor including 40 mm bore pipe light grade for protection of strip by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made out of galvanised iron or steel connected to earth test point upto 7.5 mtr away from earth electrode all as per plate No 03 of SSR-I including necessary earth work, PCC 1:3:6 type C1 chamber, RCC cover slab of 50 mm thickness 1:2:4 with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 140 mm C/C as reinforcement with suitable handle, watering pipe 20 mm dia light grade with funnel, charcoal salt and testing on completion including taking old unserviceable earthing with connected items all as specified and directed by Engr in charge including taking down old unserviceable earthing with connected items all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

S&F in replacement air termination single pointed aluminium rod 12 mm dia and 300 mm long fitted on exisiting lightening conductor tube 40 mm on buildings with FI clamps, nuts and bolts complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement earth test point terminal block made out of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75 x 75 x 25 mm , drilled and screwed including 3 Nos 8 mm dia 25 mm long hexagonal head screws grouted on wall with PCC, nuts, bolts and washers, including making good to disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 12 watt LED aviation obstruction light fittings, red painted die cast aluminium alloy housing, (IP-65) red coloured polycarbonate dome and accessories including GI pipe suitable size and lenght and connection as directed incliding taking down old underviceable light fitting complete all as specified and directed. Make :Surya cat part No SLE AL 108 LED SEM or Bajaj Cat part No BGAV 302 LED or equivalent

S&F in replacement Galvanised iron strip 32 x 6 mm for extension of earth lead and connected properly to equipment or panel with proper clamps, saddles, nuts, bolts and washers etc complete all as specified and as directed .

S&F in replacement Copper strip 32 x 6 mm for extension of earth lead and connected to transformer/equipment or panel with proper clamps, saddles, nuts, bolts and washers etc complete all as specified and as directed .

S&F in replacement aluminium strip 25 x 3.15 mm with saddles and fixing screws, gutties etc on wall and roof top conductors including grouting wooden gutties complete all as specified and directed.

Dismanting and taking down of old damaged GI pipe holding air termination rod on roof top from the exiting PCC mounting and regrouting the same on roof after refixing the new/old air termination rod complete all as specified and directed. Note PCC and air termination rod will be measured and paid seperately under respective items of BOQ.

Taking out old damaged GI strip (damaged by Monkey ) from roof, wall complete including straightening the strip and refixing in the same position with saddles, fixing screws, gutties etc on wall and roof top conductors including grouting wooden gutties complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4 ) type B1 in foundation, filling and mass concrete using 20 mm graded stone aggregates including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

S&F GI tubing light grade 40 mm bore fixing in bricks/stone wall with 2 Nos supporting clamps made of flat iron of size 25 x 4 mm including nuts, bolts and grouting bolts complete all as specified and directed for fixing lightening arrester on roof top.

S&F GI tubing light grade 40 mm bore including grouting in PCC complete all as specified and directed for fixing leghtening arrester on roof top. Note PCC will be measured and paid seperately under respective item of BOQ.
