Construction of Sewage Treatment Plant of 150 KLD capacity based on Latest Technology comprising of Constructed Wetland System (A type of integrated natural treatment system), including evolving of hydraulic & structural designs & drawings, planning, testing and commissioning of treatment facility. The Sewage Treatment Plant should be capable of treating domestic raw sewage having characteristics of BOD =350 mg/litre & suspended Solids =650 mg/litre and the characteristics of treated /disposable effluent should comply with the standards as per the norms of H.P. State Pollution Control Board i.e. PH = 6.5- 9, BOD ≤ 10 mg/litre, COD ≤ 50 mg/litre, TSS ≤ 50 mg /litre, Faecal Coliform (MPN /1000 ml) <100, N - Total ≤ 10 mg/litre, NH4 - N ≤ 5 mg/litre. The scope of work includes construction of Inlet Chamber (1 No.), Screen Chamber (2 No.), Grit Channel (2 No.), Distribution Box (1 No.), Multi-Baffled Anerobic Reactor (MBAR) Unit (1 No.) with minimum HRT of 50 Hrs, Constructed Wetlands for nitrogen and phosphorous removal (4 Nos., Area 300 Sq. m., Depth 1.8 meter) along with providing constructed wetland media, plant hormones, suitable macrophytes, Sludge Drying Beds (1 No., 15 Sqm.), Multi Media Filter, Chlorine Contact Tank, Interconnectivity pipe of STP & Effluent Pipe, Boundary wall with Fencing Panel around the S.T.P Yard (P&F), Steel Gate (P&F), Interconnecting Path, Railing and Access Ladder, Plant Building/Chowkidhar Room (plinth area 23 sq.m.), providing and installation of Electro - Mechanic Equipment’s, providing and installation Laboratory Equipment’s, Providing and fixing of yard lighting around STP with in all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge (as per chapter No. vi(a), vi(b), vi (c). 3 Months of successful trial run as per the provisions of Manual on Sewerage & Sewage Treatment published by CPHEEO Manual (Latest edition).

Excavation in foundation, trenches etc. in earth work, in all kinds of soil such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work in hard / soft rocks, chiseling / wedging out of hard / soft rocks including dewatering in saturated soil up to all leads and lifts, staking the excavated soil / materials upto all leads and lifts clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked excavated soil in all layers when required into plinths sides of foundation etc.consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil as per direction of Engineer -in-Charge.

Providing & laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1cement: 4sand: 8graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1cement: 4sand: 8graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & laying cement concrete using M-30 (Design Mix) but not less than 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work in :- foundation and Plinth

Wall (any thickness but not less than 0.10 mts. thickness) attached pillasters, buttresses plinth, and string courses etc.from top of foundation level upto floor two level.

Suspended floor, roofs, landing and shelves and their supports balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers upto floor level.

Lintles, beams griders bressumers and cantilevers upto floor to level.

Arches upto floor two level

Providing & laying cement concrete using M-25 (Design Mix) but not less than 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work in :- Suspended floor, roofs, landing and shelves and their supports balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers upto floor level. C/O Inspection Chamber

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm, so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4meters and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain. Flat surface such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landing and the like floors etc. upto floor to 200mm in thickness.

Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasres buttresses, plinth & string courses and the like.

Providing form work of ordinary timber plankings, so as to give a rough finish including centring, shuttering , strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4meters and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain : (In Arches exceeding 6.00 mtr. span).

2nd class brick work using common brunt clay building bricks in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4sand).

20mm cement plaster in two coats on rough side of brick/ concrete/ stone walls for interior plastering upto floor two level including arrires, inernal rounded angles, chamfers and or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:6 (1cement : 6sand) inner side including cost and carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentials.

Providing Tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending,binding & placing in position complete upto floor two level.

Applying cement slurey or cement concrete work.

Providing and fixing CI Rugs.

Providing and fixing pre cast SFRC Manhole cover with frame having size of 560 mm internal dia (Medium Duty) within all leads lifts complete in all respect.

White washing with lime on undecorated wall surfaces two coats to give an even shade including throughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust, mortar and other foreign matter within all leads lifts complete in all respect.

Providing and fixing of 3.15mm MS sheet Manhole cover 600x600mm with locking arrangement within all leads lifts complete in all respect.

Providing and laying in trenches, galvanised mild steel tubes (Light grade), tube fittings complete (earth work in trenches to be measure and paid for seperately within all leads lifts. 65mm nominal bore

Providing and fixing sand cast, cast iron spun spigot and socket soil, waste and ventilating pipes (lead caulked joints to be measured and paid for seperately) within all leads lifts complete in all respect. 100mm nominal bore

Providing and fixing Cast iron Cowl within all leads lifts complete in all respect.. 100mm nominal diameter

Providing and fixing Cast iron Sluice valve (IS: 1486:2000) within all leads lifts complete in all respect. 65mm nominal bore

Laying jointing and testing of DI pipe spigot and socketed pipe with CML (SBR tyton push on joint) complete in all respects as per IS 8329-2900 class K7 diamensions weight and test pressuers in all respect and as per patest ammendments or adition. 150mm OD of HDPE Pipe

Providing, lowering and jointing HDPE pipe (conforming to IS 4984-2016) in properposition by butt fusion joining procedure in cluding hydraulic testing as per relevant IS Code, complete within all material for joining procedure like butt fusion welding machine with hydraulic jack, top loading clamp etc. pump accessiries for hydraulic testing and all labour as directed by Engineer in charge as conforming to IS-7634 (PartII) 2012 ammended upto date. 160mm OD of HDPE Pipe

Providing and fixing double socket flanged Y Tee 150x150mm Dia as per IS 8329-2900 complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and as per latest ammendments or edition.

Providing and fixing DI Plug 150mm Dia complete in all respect and as per latest ammendments or edition.

Providing and jointing tyton (Push on joints) to Ductile iron pipe and fitting including testing of the joints, cost of rubber gasket (EDPM quality) conforming to IS 3382 latest edition/ ammendments complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and as per latest ammendments or edition.
