Errection of pandels as per required size with water proof good quality polythene sheet or tripal having both side slope i.e. dochala type (i.e. ceiling height at centre 18' and edges 10') and ceiling covered with fresh cloth. The structure will be supported by bamboo fames/Sal Bullah, runners, purlins, rafters to withstand natural wear and tear. walling of the structure will be provided by polythene sheet and heavy cloth. The work includes the hire charge of all materials and cost of taking out after election. The work will be stand on field for 04 days.

The structures will be stand in field for 04 days.

Errection of wall with 10'-0" height GCI sheet 0.50 mm th walling & fixing them with necessary bamboo structure. The structure will be supported by bamboo frames or Salullah. The work will be installed from the date of commissioning to the day of counting.

Errection of generator room with GCI sheet roofing & Tarja wall fitted with split bamboo provided with one hard wood meter board 10' x 03' size. The work includes hire of all materials for seven days & cost of taking out same. The work will be errected from the date of commissioning to the day of counting.

Hire and labour charges for 100 mm dia bamboo railing on Jhau/Eucalyptus post 1.40 m above G.L and 0.60 m below G.L tied strongly with bamboo railing with coir rope, digging holes for posts in any sort of soil or concrete surface packing the sides etc including cost of carriage of all materials and labour complete including cost of restoration to the damages of the ground to its original condition as per direction of Engineer- in- charge after removing the barricade. (Cost of restoration to be paid separately)

Labour for cleaning, dressing, levelling and hiring of Tendom Roller for the University Ground and NCC ground, infront of hostel building, Parad ground etc. as per direction of EIC. Cost includes fuel, water, driver and labour.

Making kutcha drain upto 450 mm. deep and upto 750 mm width to grade including trimming sides and beds, removing spoils to any distance and speading.

Hire and labour charges for providing "Drop Gate" with 15 cm dia salbullah of length not less than 8 meter including hoisting and fitting fixing with bolts and nuts to vertical posts (100 mm dia : 2 nos on each flank embedded 750 mm below G.L) and providing counter load of concrete or stone or iron block at the fulcrum end including painting two coats in alternate band providing 'STOP' plate, jute rope of necessary length etc complete including dismantling and removal as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Hire charge of cloth for covering/ facia over temporary tents including labour charges and emoving the same after election.

Hire charge of polythene sheets or tarpaulin (good quality) for making seating aniagement of polling parties and police personnel, polythene sheets to be covered with fresh cloths. The work will be installed for DC - RC.

Renewing X.P.M. including taking out and refixing with new battens made of local wood of size 50mmx25mm and new screws etc. complete. e) 12mm x 50mm mesh 6mm x 1.5mm.

Hire charges of Sofa (Sigle + Double), Chairs for the entire election period.

Hire Charges of PVC Table (1.20 mt x 0.75 mt) with White Cover including hire and labour charges of all materials and carriage and all taxes in complete for the entire election period.

Hire Charges of PVC Chair (Arm less) including hire and labour charges of all materials and carriage and all taxes in complete for the entire election period.

Collapsible gate with 40 mm x 40 mm x 6 mm Tee as top and bottom guide rail, 20 mm x 10 mm x 2 mm vertical channels 100 mm apart in fully stretched position 20 mm x 5 mm M.S. flats as collapsible bracings properly rivetted and washered including 38 mm steel rollers including locking arrangements, fitted and fixed in position with lugs set in cement concrete and including cutting necessary holes, chasing etc. in walls, floor setc. and making good damages complete.

Hire charge of Floor mat / Carpet as as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Hire and labour charges for shuttering with centering and necessary staging upto 4 m using approved stout props and thick hard wood planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs, beams and columns, lintels curved or straight including fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of works (upto roof of ground floor). (f) 25 mm to 30 mm shuttering without staging in foundation.

Hire Charges for Dust Bin Drums and other waste storing items.
