Demolition of brick work or stone masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles.

M&L for Relieving structural members such as coloumn, beam and slabs of their superimposed loads partially or fully by provision of adjustable steel props, frames etc. including providing necessory timber runners, bracing, jacking up arrangement all complete to the satisfaction of engineer-in-charge(Removing and redoing of brick work, if requied shall be measured and paid seperately)

M&L for Cutting out concrete blocks, slabs, brickwork or stone masonry (in alternate course), forming tooth-ings for and bonding new work in mortar into old work, including new materials entering old wall set in CM 1:4 type B1 1:2:4using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work of any description and in any position all as specified and directed.

M&L for Mild Steel rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates conforrming to Fe 410-W(GdeE- 250) quality complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for framed work in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc, of grade Fe 410-W (Gde E-250) quality A complete drill for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering .,doors, etc to be prepared by hanging and sliding with and including either hooks and hinges (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering , running, rails & guide) fastening and fixing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Chipping off existing loose, damaged concrete from RCC members of all affected RCC columns, Beams, Slabs and Chajjas on external facades, etc beyond main reinforcement . (if required in the opinion of the consultant), carefully with chisel and hammer providing and applying rusticide stainless steel rust passivator or equivalent as specified in the Brand Names to existing reinforcement . bars including wire brushing of reinforcement, cleaning washing of concrete etc complete as directed. Providing and applying two coats of rust preventor slurry made out of cement in proportion 1:1.5 to existing reinforcement. bars as directed complete. Providing and applying bonding coats of slurry in proportion 1:1 to concrete and reinforcement substrates complete as directed.

Providing and laying Super Fluid Microconcrete-Roffe repairs or Techno commercial equivalent as in beam bottoms, columns, slabs etc including mixing with 5mm to 10mm size aggregates, including form work of waterproof plywood/ steel plate shuttering, pouring, temping, consolidating, curing etc complete as per Manufactureres specification . and direction og Engineer -in- Charge .

M&L for Injecting approved low viscous epoxy grout in to concrete slab, stone masonary cracks, columns etc by suitable gun/pump (Using Araldite GY-257 & Aradur-21 in 1:0.21 prop.) at required pressures by providing necessary scaffolding , drilling and inserting 12 mm dia Brass grouting multi perforated nipples upto 30 mm to 40 mm depth, using M Seal, quartz sand around the nipples, cutting of nipples after curing, cleaning etc. complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for brick work with sub class "B" bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius, built in CM (1:6), complete all as specified.
