Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.Thermo-mechanically treated bars of grade Fe-500 D or more .

Centering and shuttering including strutting , proping etc. and removal of form for :

Foundation , footings, bases of columns etc, for , mass concrete.

Walls (any thickness ) including attached pilasters , buttresses , plinth and string courses etc.

Structural steel work welded in built up sections of truss and frame work including cutting hosting fixing in position ( angle irons , channels and M.S. plates) and applying priming coat of steel primer.

Providing and fixing 25 mm dia and 3'-0" long threaded nuts and bolts.

Providing corrugated G.S sheet roofing including vertical/curved surface fixed wth polymer coated J or hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G.i limpet washers or with G.I limpet washers filled with white lead and including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete ( upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surface) excluding the cost of purilins and trusses and including cutting to size and shape whereever required . 0.63mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275gm/m2.

Providing ridges or hips of width 60cm overall width plain G.S. sheets fixed with polymer coated J. or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm dia G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete. 0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 grams/m²

Providing and fixing wind ties of 40x6 mm flat iron section.

15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix :1:6( 1 cement : 6 fine sand) (Including all carriages and leads).

Painting with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture in all shades to give an even shade. New work ( two or more coats)

Making soakage pit 2.5 m diameter 3.0 metre deep with 45x45 cm dry brick honey comb shaft with common burnt clay (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 and S.W drain pipe 100 mm diameter, 1.8 m long complete as per standard design. (Including all carriages and leads).

Providing and fixing water closet squatting pan( Indian type W.C. pan) with 100 mm sand cast iron P or S trap. 10 liter low level white P.V.C. flushing cistern, including flush pipe ( of approved make) with manually controlled device ( handle lever) conforming to IS: 7231, with all fittings and fixtures complete, inclding cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required. White vitreous china orissa pattern W.C. pan of size 580x440 mm with intergral type foot rests.

Providing and fixing wash basin with C.I. brackets 15 mm C.P. brass pillar taps,32 mm C.P. brass waste of standard pattern, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls wherever required. White Vitreous China angle back wash basin size 400x400 mm with single 15 mm C.P.brass pillar tap.

providing and fixing P.V.C. waste pipe for sink or wash basin including P.V.C. waste fittings complete: semi- rigid pipe 32 mm dia.

Providing and fixing 100 mm dia stainless steel gratings with hole of approved quality.

Providing and fixing 15 mm nominal bore C.P. brass bib cock of approved quality conforming to IS: 8931

Providing and fixing C.P brass angle valve for basin mixer and geyser points of approved make conforming to I.S : 8931. 15 mm nominal bore.

Providing and fixing C.P brass pillar cock of approved make conforming to I.S : 8931. 15 mm nominal bore.

Providing and fixing G.I. pipes complete with G.I. fittings and clamps. Including cutting and making good the walls etc: 15 mm nominal bore (medium)

Providing and fixing 1 mm thick MS sheet door with frame with 40x40x6 mm angle iron with 3 mm MS gusset plate at the junctions and corners , all necessary fittings complete , including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using flats 30x6mm for diagonal braces and central cross piece.

Supply and filling cement / gunny bags with sand/earth including cost of sand/earth and sewing and string etc complete job. (Including all carriages and leads).

Providing and mixing water proofing material in cement concrete work in doses by weight of cement as per manufacturers specification. ( 1 kg of water proofing material in 50 kg of cement ).

Providing and laying of PVC sheet all around and at base of bunker complete job.

Providing and laying of bitumen asphalt / polymembrane (2 mm thick sheet ) using hot bitumen spray (jet spray) for laying complete job.

Disposal of excavated earth /mulba by mechanical tranport upto a lead of 5 km

Wiring for light point/ fan point / exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm. FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit, with piano type switch, phenolic laminated sheet, suitable size GI box and earthing the point 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required. Group A.

Supplying and fixing metal box of 180mm x100 mm x60mm deep (nominal size) on surface on in recess with suitable size of phenolic laminated sheet cover in front including providing and fixing 6 pin 5/6 and 15/16 A socket outlet and 15/16 A piano rype switch, connections , painting etc as required.
