Bolted type single tension fitting for twin Moose conductor with turn buckle for 33 kv main bus suitable for 70 KN disc insulator with 2 Nos. Tension clamps made of aluminium alloy LM-6 ,Yoke plate , D Shackle, D Socket,etc made from forged steel etc. as per technical specification , confirming to IS: 2486 .and duly type tested.

Bolted type single suspension fitting for twin Moose conductor without turn buckle for 33 kv main bus suitable for 70 KN disc insulator with 2 Nos. Suspension clamps made of aluminium alloy LM-6 ,Yoke plate , D Shackle, D Socket,etc made from forged steel etc. as per technical specification , confirming to IS: 2486 .and duly type tested.

Bi-metalic terminal connector for 63 MVA T/F LV side bushing rod 30 mm dia suitable for Twin Moose conductor made of aluminiun alloy LM-6 complete with hot dip galvanished Nut Bolt & washer.The clamp shall be having minimum current carrying capacity of 800 Amp & confirm to IS : 5561 .

Opening of old & existing jumpers of ACSR Panther/Moose conductor between existing Single ACSR Moose Main Bus to Bus Isolators for all Feeder and Transformer Bays ,33 KV Bus Section Isolator,. Las & PTs and Bus to Bus Isolators of 33 KV Feeder Bays (One job for each jumper).

Dismantling of old & existing 33 KV Main Bus Bar Sec-tion of ACSR Moose Conductor of Span up-to 24Meter after opening the Tension Fittings from Gantry, lowering down the Bus Bar etc. including shifting of old conductor/fittings etc. from Switchyard to substation store (One job per phase per section).

Erection of new 33 KV Bus Bar of Span up to 24 Meter by laying and stringing of Twin ACSR Moose Conductor including Hosting of disc Insulator Strings & Tension Fitting etc. to be provided by Department after due cutting/fixing of spacers etc. to complete the work satisfactorily including shifting of all materials from store to Switchyard (One job per phase per section).

Jumpering by Twin ACSR Panther/Moose conductor as per standard specification between new Twin ACSR Moose Main Bus to Bus isolators for all feeder and transformers bays 33 KV Bus Section Isolators, Las &. PTs and between Bus isolators of 33 KV Feeders bays by proper cutting, opening & Tightening of Conductors using necessary PG Clamps & Equipment connectors to be provided by De-partment (One job for each Jumper).

Fixing of spacers clamp at an equal interval between Twin Moose /Panther conductor on Bus Bar section, between new main bus to bus isolators and between Bus Isolator to Circuit breakers of respective 33KV bay, LAs, PTs, CTs etc.
