Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick walls or concrete surfaecs etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water for a building of height upto 7.5 meter complete all as specified and directed .

Material and labour for 15 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 mixed with liquid water proofing compound on other than fair face of brick or concrete surface of walls finished even and fair for a building of height upto 7.5 meter all as specified and directed Note : Supply only water proofing liquid shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound to mix with cement mortar etc complete all as directed.

Material and labour for Complete removal of existing treatment of old decorated plastered surfaces of walls, pillars, cornices by brooming down or steel brushing scraping down smoke roots, molds, moss and efflorescence salts, trading oil greasy spots etc for a building of height upto 7.5 meter all as specified and direceted.

Material and labour for applying two coats of Acrylic weather coat emulsion paint on walls/ceiling/facias/ramp surfaces etc in disruptive/camouflaging pattern having percentage of Tri-colour as 73.56% of RGB Value (98,108,90) Hex Code(#626C5A), 22.33% of RGB Value (158,157,145) Hex Code(#9E9D91) and 4.11% of RGB value (158,157,116) Hex Code(#9E9D74) as per sample approved by AGE(I) for building of height upto 7.50 metre, over and including a coat of alkali resistance primer complete all as specified and directed. Note- (i) The rate quoted by contractor is deemed to include preparation of surfaces and necessary scaffolding for painting upto required height.

Material and labour for applying two coats of Acrylic weather coat emulsion paint on walls/ceiling/facias/ramp surfaces etc in disruptive/camouflaging pattern having percentage of Six-colour as 30.19% of RGB Value (102,126,92) Hex Code(#667E5C), 13.56% of RGB Value (161,160,150) Hex Code(#A1A096) , 15.89% of RGB value (121,140,119) Hex Code(#798C77), 14.26% of RGB Value (121,140,101) Hex Code(#798C65), 12.41% of RGB Value (143,150,137) Hex Code(#8F9689) and 13.70% of RGB value (143,150,117) Hex Code(#8F9675)as per sample approved by AGE(I) for building of height upto 7.50 metre, over and including a coat of alkali resistance primer complete all as specified and directed. Material and labour for Obliterating old writing of any description n.exc 0.10 sqm with paint to match existing work complete all as specified and directed.

Writing of letters or figures by paint (Block,Roman,Italic or Indian n.exc 30 cm in height on plastered/concrete painted surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for writing of stops, commas, short ines, dashes, hyphens, brackets etc on plastered/concrete painted surface complete all as specified and directed.
