Demolition of concrete ( un reinforced ) in ground floors and paving n.exc 15 cm thk (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Hard core of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in sub base for hard standing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Cement concrete work in pavement/hard-standing of flexural strength 40 kg/per square centimetre in field using 400 kg of cement per cubic metre, thickness of concrete 25 cm or less completed all as specified

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded stone agg.) as in plinth protection 75 mm thick finished top surface even and smooth with out using extra cement

M/L PCC type D2 1:4:8 (40 mm Gr. Agg ) 75mm thick as in sub basecomplete all as specified and directed.

M&L for laying machine pressed precast concrete interlocking reflective coloured (Glozy Finish) pavers block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 55mm to 60mm thick, M-35 Grade over 30mm thick sand layer watering and ramming all as specified.

M& L Chequared Cement Concrete Tiles (Glozy Finish) 30 CM x 30 CM X 25 mm th set and jointed in cement slurry and pointed in neat grey cement & pigment in floors over screed bed 15 mm thk in cm 1:6 .complete all as specified.

M/L PCC type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm Gr. Agg ) 50mm thick as in leveling course for floor finishes etc all as specified and as directed.

Demolition brick or stone masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins arches pillars etc but excluding ashlars facing dressed stone work and precast concrete block, complete all as specified.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' brick in cement mortar 1:6, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius, complete all as specified.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick or stone walls , etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with eater etc,complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified.

M & L, applying two coats of oil bound distemper over one coat of primer and putty including preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismanteling fencing wire mesh , any type

Dismanteling post, struts , (wood , steel or Rcc) any section incl. taking out embede portion in concrete or brickwork and making disturbed portion good

Excavation in post holes or similer holes each nexc. 0.5 cum getting out returning filling in and ramming earth around in layers n. exc 25 cm,watering , and removing surplus soils to a distence nexc 50m and making good surface in hard soils,complete all as specified.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate ) as in foundation concrete for fencing post.

S&F angle iron fencing post and struts including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc , flat iron fillets / straps ( for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc and similar work 9 wnd ties etc conforming to Fe-410-0 or Fe 310-0 anyu size.

S&F MS Screw bolts ( machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut length exc. 5 cm but not exc 10 cm long 11 to 15mm dia of shank.

Supply only chain link MS galvanised fencing incl line wire 100x100mm mesh (12 gauge) size and any type of strands, rails, straining bolts etc incle provn of binding wire all complete

Supply only chain link MS galvanised fencing incl line wire 50x50mm mesh (12 gauge) size and any type of strands, rails, straining bolts etc incle provn of binding wire all complete

Fixing only chain link fencing any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc incl provn of binding wire

M&L for round bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required incl cranking, bending spirally for hoping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and incl MS Wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips. Fe-410-W (Gde.E-250) quality-A or Fe 290 (Gde - E-165)

S&F GI two strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia, narbed with 2mm dia barbs @ 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rail, straining bolts, inlc securing or tying at crossing with and provn of galvanised mild steel wire staples or steel pins etc. All as specified (Each line of wire to be measured.)

M&L two coats of synthetic enamel paint to new steel surfaces over a coat of red oxide primer surfaces of any description exc 10 cm in witdth or girth complete all as specified and Directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L preparing new steel surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer surface area not exc. 10cm in width or girth complete all as specified and Directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and Directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid bedded and pointed in any mortar all as specified.

M&L machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over and including cement screed based 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab incl cutting polishing and rubbing complete.

Ditto all as above item ser No 35 but on skirting over 10 mm th backing coat in CM 1:4 complete.

Material and labour for 20 mm thick granite stone machine cut (table rubbed and polished) bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigments to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing, rounding to edges of granite stone etc.complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:4 on concrete surfaces over roof slabs with admixture of integral water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement complete all as specified and Directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note-(WPC shall be measured & paid seperately)

Supply only integral water proofing compound

M & L for taking out old water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab as specified below and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge (a) The roof surface shall be thoroughly wire brushed, washed, dried up & cleaned to remove all foreign materials & dust to receive primer. (b) On the dried roof surface, apply one coat of bituminous primer @ 100 Gm/ Sqm as per manufacturers instruction. (c) On this primed surface, the approved APP modified bituminous membrane with non woven polyester mat as reinforcement weighing not less than 3.5 Kg/ Sqm laid by torch application metho and top surface shall be applied with bituminous aluminium paint. (d) The overlap while torching shall be 75mm on longitudinal direction & 100mm on transverse direction. Note:-Obtain material through out low laying Area

Dismantling asbestos cement / CGI (corrugated/ semi corrugated etc) sheet in roof covering complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge.

Complete removal of existing treatment from old decorated surfaces of wall ,preparation of surfaces,priming with alkali resistant priming paint and applying two coat of cement base paint complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment of plastered OR unplastered old decorated surface walls by brooming down and applying two coats of weather proof paint on external surfaces including a coat of acrylic based primer at any height of building / tower complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
