LT OH line into LT UG cable works

Earthwork excavation 1.2 Mt.average Depth X 0.6mt average width in hard stiff clay, shales murran gravel, stoney earth and mixed with small sizes boulders and gravelly soil r for sand bedding as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at site and including providing labour for watching over the excavated trench during day and night to avoid any accident caused to animal and human being including cost of signal board, danger light, lead and lift etc., complete excluding blacktopping and including trial pits charges (0.705 Km)

Labour charges for removing of black topping portion of 0.6mt average width by using chisel, hammer and pick axe and including cost of signal board and danger light and providing watch and ward staff to prevent any accident caused to the cattle and human beings including sharpening charges of chisel and including excaavation of road cutting using JCB/Air compressor Drill at Day and Night time and avoiding any damage to the telecom and water lines etc (Along the Road) including trial pits

Providing sand bedding with good quality of river sand to a depth of 6" in the excavated cable trench including cost of sand, labour, and labour charges for transport,lead, lift, etc., complete.

Loading of LT cable drum from stores using crane Lorry, safe transportng to site and safe unloading at the worksite without any damage using crane lorry.This includes labour for loading, unloading, transporting and rent for crane lorry, all T&P suchas crowbars,siling,DShackle etc., that must be brought by the contractor.

Drawal/Laying of R.C.C."V" Troughs in th excavated cable trench from Stores/ Worksite including transportation without any damage .This includes all Lead ,Lift safe unloading, safe Loading and transport etc. ( Note: Damage if any due to rough handling, the cost of V trough will be be deducted)

Refilling the cable trench and duct with excavated earth in layer,ramming and consolidating properly in layers of 6" and the top brought in line with the existing surface including labour, lead, lift. Etc., complete

Erection of 6 Way Pillar Box including cost of excavation, transportation, construction of 2 Nos pillar walls (1.20m - Height x 0.530m - Length x 0.28m - width)., Plastering of 2 Nos pillar walls as specified below including supply of all civil materials such as cement, sand, jelly and T&P's. This includes earthing (Earth pipe alone will be supplied by TNPDCL)

Erection of 4 Way Pillar Box including cost of excavation, transportation, construction of 2 Nos pillar walls (1.20m - Height x 0.5m - Length x 0.2m - width)., Plastering of 2 Nos pillar walls as specified below including supply of all civil materials such as cement, sand, jelly and T&P's. This includes earthing ( Earth pipe alone will be supplied by TNPDCL)

Erection of Mini Pillar Box including cost of excavation, transportation, construction of 2 Nos pillar walls (1.20m - Height x 0.5m - Length x 0.2m - width)., Plastering of 2 Nos pillar walls as specified below including supply of all civil materials such as cement, sand, jelly and T&P's. This includes earthing (Earth pipe alone will be supplied by TNPDCL)

Laying of LT UG Cable 4C x 240 Sq.mm double run in the duct/ PVC Pipe by using winch and steel rollers etc., complete.

Fixing of cable termination for 120/240Sq.mm cable using 4 No's Lugs including supply of clamps, Bolt and Nuts, Lugs by the contractor along with thew structure/Pillar Box. (Per Termination joint) (Consists of 3 phases and 1 Neutral)

Erection of 1.1 KV 4C x 120, 240 Sq.mm LT UG Cable straight Joint Kit-Heat shrinkable type, including charges for cable jointer.

Laying of single phase service connection, including service connection, provision of PVC pipes, clamps with all other accessories

Laying of three phase service connection, including service connection, provision of PVC pipes, clamps with all other accessories

Dismantling of single phase service

Dismantling of three phase service
