Amount

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 M wide and not exceeding 1.5 M depth for foundation, trenches for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10sq m on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches not exc. 1.5 metre wide and exc. 1.5 metre & not exc. 3 metre depth (beyond the first 1.5 metre) for foundation of poles etc and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm as in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material not exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair for 40 mm bore, steel tubes, galvanised, light grade with all fittings, laid in floor/road crossing/drain etc as in cable protection complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair for 50 mm bore, steel tubes, galvanised, light grade with all fittings, laid in floor/road crossing/drain etc as in cable protection complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair for 80 mm bore, steel tubes, galvanised, light grade with all fittings, laid in floor/road crossing/drain etc as in cable protection complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of unserviceable broken LT steel pole/Strut any size including demolition of foundation as required and making good disturbed surface complete all as directed. (Note : Earth work wherever invloved shall be measured and paid separately)

Dismantling cross-arms of M.S. channel or angle sections etc. complete and setting aside serviceable materials for re-use with in 50m and removing unserviceable materials from site of work complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge

Dismantling LT Stay assembly, of any size and unserviceable materials removing from the Site(s), complete all as specified and directed. (Note: (a) Unserviceable Stay assembly shall be taken off/dismantled at Ground Level and making good disturbed ground surface. (b) Earthwork for demolition of cement concrete shall be measured and paid separately under relevant Items of this Schedule.)

M & L for Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-31 (9.0 metres long) including one coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and providing 03 Nos band/strap with black/yellow colour paint 300mm apart from the plinth block, numbering of pole painting embedded portion of pole with one coat of black bitumenous paint complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Excavation and Earth work shall be measured and paid separately)

M & L for Cross arms bracing supports clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nut bolt washers welding bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and including one primer coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed..

Materials and labour for danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size for LT, 20 x 15 cm size including dismantling of old one complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement synthetic insulating mat recommended for safety of worker, black or blue colour Class A of size 2m x 1m x 12 mm thick, ISI marked complete all as specified and directed

M & L for Plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for plain cement concrete (1:2:4), type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for taking down faulty/ unserviceable LT cable of any size and make of 1100 Volt grade from any situation, finding out cable fualt and rectifications of cable fualt as directed, replaying/ re-fixing the cable after rectifications complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. (Note: Neassary earth work and excavation, sand cushioning and brick protection shall be measured and paid seperatel) complete all as specified and as directed.
