Design, Engineering, Manufacturing, Assembly, Supply, Installation, Inspection, Testing & Commissioning including supervision of CBG storage Cascade of 3000 WL (Stationary Cascades) capacity at filling temperature at 15 °C for filling, storing of CBG at 250 bar and suitable for 10° to 55°C with three bank (as specified in Technical Specification), which includes Supply of required nos. of 20 mm dia. J type foundation bolts with nuts, 200 mm long with 50mm threaded length & supply of required nos. of 20 dia. Anchor bolts with nuts, 100 mm long with threaded length 50 mm as applicable for suitable fixing of each CBG Storage Cascade at Retail Outlet.

Mandatory Spares for Installtion and commissioning for each CBG Cascade at Retail Outlet : i) Pressure Gauge Range (0-400 kg/cm2) - 1 No., ii) Cylinder Valve with end tube fitting - 1 No., iii) Isolation Valve - 2 Nos., iv) Check Valve - 1 No., v) Tube Pig Tail - 1 No., vi) Burst Disc with washer- 1 No., vii) Seal Kit, spindle & handles for isolation valves- 2 Nos., viii) Safety Relief device- 1 No., ix) ¼” NPT (M) x ¾” OD – male connector - 3 Nos. & x) Bull Nose Connector – ¼” NPT (M) X ¾” OD - 3 Nos. when required within AMC by OEM
