Surface excavation n.exc(not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft/disintegrated soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches , exc 1.5 m deep and upto 3m getting out in soft disintegrated soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soft disintegrated rocks complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials exc. 50m and depositing wheredirected at a level n exc. 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M & L PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate for foundation complete all as specified and directed.

M & L RCC M-30(20mm graded aggregate) in Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, grating beam of boundary wall for water passage etc basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L RCC M-30(20mm graded aggregate) Columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified and directed.

M & L PCC 1:2:4 , type B0 using 12.5mm for coping incl weathering slightly round or champhered angles and throating incl necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut tolength, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel TMT Bars complete all as specified and directed.

M & L mild steel TMT bars 6-8mm dia for stirrups cut to length bent to shape repaired, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick/ laterite work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar, complete set in cement mortar 1:6 Type C1 1:3:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L forming 12mm thick Expansion joints/crumble joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade 'A' complete all as specified and directed.

S & F rolled mild steel Fe-410-w (grade E-250) quality A framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work complete all as specified and directed.

M & L rendering 15mm thick in Cement Mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces, finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item no. 18 above but other than fair faces of brickwork complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing New surfaces plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 Type C2(using 40mm Graded stone aggregate) as in pavement /plinth protection, complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and strainingand fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in rolled mild steel section Fe-410-w (grade E-250) of Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated complete all as specified and directed.

M & L applying two coats of synthetic enamel paints over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer to new steel surface, not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth including preparation of new surface complete all as specified and directed.
