REPAIR/MAINT OF RTU FOR VISIBILITY OF GENERATION TO SLDC FOR REAL TIME MONITORING AS PER REQUIREMENT OF SLDC FOR GRID CONNECTIVITY OF 5 MW SOLAR POWER PROJECT AT CME UNDER GE (CME) KHADKI

Leased Line Services : Renewal/ Recharge and management of leased line connectivity for one year between the CME RTU/Modem and the SLDC Airoli , Navi Mumbai facility. This connectivity is required for the transmission of the prerviously implemented 21 data tags using the IEC 60870-5-104 (IEC 104) protocol and all as complete specified and directed by Engr in Charge Note :- 1. Renewal to be done within one month from date of the work order . 2. Generation data Visibility Report from SLDC Airoli to will be submitted to Engr in Charge . 3. In case of delay in REnewwal of leased line connectivity , A penaly of RS 500 per day after 30 days of commencement of work shall be levied and the same shall be recoverd from Contractor .

SMB Communication Re-establishment: Re-establish MODBUS communication from all 36 string Monitoring Boxes (SMBs) to the RTU ( Remote Terminal Unit ).

Data Transmission (FTP) : Implement and ensure data transmission (e.g., historical logs, reports) to the QCA ( Quality Control Authority/Centre) utilizing File Transfer Protocol (FTP) . Note :- 1. If any modification/addition is required in existing software/hardware, the cost of the same is deemed to be included in quoted price. 2. Payment for this item will be released only after a confirmation of data visibility from QCA is received by Engr-in-charge.
