M&L for Carry out 'B' check and servicing of DG set as per OEM specification for DG set of 250 KVA capacity, (including the cost of the following spares (quantity) all as per OEM and directed by Engineer in Charge). (i) Engine oil (ii) Spinon lube oil filter (iii) Fuel Filter Kit 1.1 Ltrs (iv) Coolant (v) Air cleaner Safety Element (vi) Air cleaner primary element (vii) K clean 1 ltrs (viii) Poly V belt 4PK/8PK (any type & length) (ix) Thermostat Element (x) Rubber hoses of any type with tie clips of suitable size (xi) Gaskets,glands, nut, bolts & washers (xii) Radiator cleaning from outside with pressure jet spray, chemical & brush (xiii) Cleaning of DG set engine within canopy and AMF panel (xiv) Air Filter (xv) Freight & labour charges Freight & labour charges Note :- B Check and servicing of DG carry out two times in a interval of five months (Rate quoted by contractor each job for one time)

Same as item No- 1, but for 160-140 KVA DG set.

Same as item No- 1 but for 100 KVA DG set.

Same as item No-1 but for 70 KVA DG set or below.

M&L for visiting of service engineer/ technician at site and inspecting DG set upto 250 KVA (including AMF panel problems, control unit/sensors, Engine, radiator, Alternator or any other type of complaint i.e. Mechanical, electrical or electronic or including all the three teams togather) and checking for fault/defect and noting down items required for rectification, including rectifying minor defect on site if possible, complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) visit for servicing of DG set will not be considered in this item. (ii) Minor complaints occuring within one month after servicing of a particular DG set will not be considered in this item after lodging complaint to Contractor by Engineer-in-charge or JE. (iii) Visiting of Different technician i.e. electrical, mechanical, electronic or combine of three for the same complaint will be considered as one visit or one complaint only.

Dismantling of Fuel pump assembly and fuel injectors of any nos of engine for DG Set of capacity upto 250 KVA, and transporting it to workshop and Caliberation fuel pump & its fuel injection system and overhauling of pump valve, valve seat, Nozzel pin holes by metal deposition and machining on lathe machine, gasket, bolts etc. and refixing the same and commissioning till fuel consumption and quality & quantity of smoke is within permissible level complete all as specified & directed : Note:-(i) Transportation charges are deemed to be included in quoted rates. (ii)Replacement of any unservecable /defective part is alsoincluded in quoted rate.(iii) If Fuel Pump becomes unserviceable due to any reason during the contract period ,the contractor will get it repair or replaced at no extra cost .

Taking out of turbo charger from DG Set transportation to workshop for overhauling, repairing and replacement of turbo assembly including fan, gears and machining of vortex flow chamber of turbo & refixing to DG Set and refixing the same and commissioning till fuel consumption, quality & quantity of smoke and load development/ sound of DG is satisfactory to EIC all as specified & directed. Note: Transportation charges are deemed to be included in quoted rates of specified capacity. (ii) Replacement of any unservecable /defective part is alsoincluded in quoted rate.(iii) If turbo charger becomes unserviceable due to any reason during the contract period ,the contractor will get it repair or replaced at no extra cost .
