Fabrication, supply and installation of 2 pairs of MS Pontoon

Fabrication, supply, commissioning & launching of 2(two) pairs of M.S. Pontoon at the intake point of the scheme of size 2.25 M long x 1.45 M dia made of 6 mm thick MS Plate including necessary stiffener ISA5050 as well as necessary platform and pipe support etc. as per design & drawing all complete & as directed by deptt.

Painting of all steel structure of the two pairs of M.S. Pontoon as above with anti-corrosive black paint of reputed brand including supply of labour, etc.all complete & as directed. The surface to be painted is to be cleaned from grease, dust, dirt, etc. after which the same is to be painted with one coat of red-oxide metal primer to be followed by two coats of anti-corrosive black paint. The successive coats of paint is to be applied after normal air drying of the previous coat.

Installation & commissioning of Anchoring system for safe anchoring of two pairs of M.S. Pontoon at the intake point along with all of its installations by 5-Prong Anchor, Galvanised Steel Wire rope of 19 mm dia., U-Clamp, Nuts & Bolts, Manila Rope, etc. including supply of necessary labour, etc. all complete & as directed. The carriage of all materials from the departmental store to the site including loading, unloading, etc. is also under the purview of the job. (The materials like 5-Prong Anchor, Galvanised Steel Wire rope of 19 mm dia., U-Clamp, Nuts & Bolts, Manila Rope required for the job will be supplied by the Department)

Installation of 4 (four) nos. of 10 H.P vertical Submersible Pump Sets(two nos. of pump sets to be installed on each pair of M.S.Pontoon) having a minimum discharge capacity of 23 LPS each with a delivery head of 24 meter & Starters, etc. including supply, laying & connection of necessary Canvas Hose Pipes (100 mm dia x 700 RM) & accessories, Hose Pipe Coupler/ Flanges, 4 nos.Chain-Pulley Block of ½ Ton capacity each, etc.and all necessary items required for the job in complete and as directed. The job includes the connection of the pump sets by supplying, fitting, fixing of necessary cables, including Al-armoured cable (3 x 16 Sq. mm x 600 RM), etc. of appropriate Voltage & Grade with the 3-Phase 50 Hz 440 Volt power supply through the starter including successful trial, testing & commissioning at full load condition as well as supply & connection of all misc. items necessary for the installation work. The supply of necessary labour & carriage of all materials from market & from the departmental store to the site including loading, unloading, etc. is also under the purview of the job. All materials to be supplied for the job should conform to the latest ISI / BIS specification. (Four sets of 10 H.P Vertical Submersible Pump Set along with Starters will be supplied by the Department)
