Taking down ceiling fan of size 1200mm sweep, for rewinding with super enamelled copper wire of appropriate guage including replacement of insulating materials such as laminated leathroid paper, sleeves, necessary varnishing with golden colour varnishing, greasing/oiling, replacement of bush and bearing, replacement of missing/worn out spares such as capacitor, PVC canopy, wire, nuts, bolts and washers etc and testing after fixing at its position complete all as directed. NOTE: Spair parts such as ball bearings and capacitors will be measured and paid separately as supply only.

Item No. 1 to 56 involved under electrical complaints of any nature related to internal electrification, ceiling fans, exhaust fans, short circuits, no light, cable fault etc. in Technical & Domestic area of 3BRD or as intimated by Engineer-in-Charge. 2. The T&P items, testing lamp etc. shall be provided by the contractor at his own cost. 3. The contractor or his authorized rep with moblie phone shall daily visit at complaint cell to collect the complaints and rectify the same on priority basis. Contractor shall consider all these factors in his quoted rate and no extra payment shall be admissible on this account.
