Carry out the Cleaning and Periodical Maintenance works of Electrical equipments at Control room office of SLDC Erode under works contact for a period of one year from date of entrusting the work at Sub Load Dispatch Centre Erode during 2025

General Maintenance of all the equipment available at Control Room and Offices of SLDC/Erode viz UPS batteries, 75 KVA stabilizer, UG cables utilized for supply extension from Erode 110 KV SS yard to SLDC office, Electrical Supply Panels, Air Conditioning units, R.O.Plant, DG set and other electrical installations such as fans, lights, water pumps, etc.., All the firefighting equipment maintenance and refilling as per norms. Maintenance of the outer building lights and lights in the control room and attending to plumbing works in the office, water sumps, etc.., Vegetation cleaning in the yard and all the other specific works as instructed by the maintenance section in-charge. Maintenance of Office files, registers, dockets in well organized manner. Assisting the JE/TA in shift and AE/AEE General in office maintenance works. Coordination in making preliminary arrangements for meeting. Arranging the refreshments to the Persons on shift duty in time. Preparation of day to day Technical Statements along with LRS are duly scrutinized and submitted to the Superintending Engineer/ LD & GO/ Chennai for perusal and coordination. Scrutinizing all the Technical and non-technical returns, reports of important nature and submitting the day to day particulars sought by the Head Quarters duly. Scrutinizing of all the records and registers including water register which plays a predominant role in the Process Control maintained at the Control Room/ Office and for periodical review of the above.
